This place ain’t what it used to be , fries don’t even come seasoned no more like the picture advertised. They were dry as a bone , I was lucky to have to some McDonald’s salt packets in my car to add some type of seasoning and flavor to the fries….you spend $7 on fries just for them to be disgusting if I wanted nasty flavorless food I could go to Wendy’s….

Got the hot honey gyro. Decent ingredients. Chicken tenders were serviceable. The sauce was sweet. Tasted fine. But not nearly enough I’d say.

Ordered Uber Eats delivery, phoned Olga’s Kitchen and asked to have my food order bag stapled closed securely. Why, because missing part of my order too many times. Missing Olga Bread only $1.19 plus tax and fees, phoned Olga’s Kitchen they left out my Olga Bread, their error, the woman who answered the phone had a manager come on the phone, so I asked if I could come in to pick up my missing Olga bread in the next week, the manager said I would have to pick it up that same night, or he would not do anything. I ordered delivery, I phoned Olgas Kitchen to request they staple the bag closed securely, they used a bag that was too small and ripped the top and stapled over the tear. It was their error they did not put the Olga Bread in my food order, it was missing. The manager did not give his name, he was breathing hard into the phone, lacked customer service skills, no apology, only offered pick up tonight or I can’t do anything! I had my food delivered, I’am not well, my dad died. I’m not driving anywhere tonight for the missing $1.19 Olga Bread missing from my order.

Instead, I was given an ultimatum, he said he was the manager, no name, zero customer service skills.
That left a bad taste in my mouth. I like to go places where they appreciate their customers and treat them with kindness, that goes a long way.

We come here all the time and the service is always fantastic. Katie normally serves us today we had Lorraina and she did a fantastic job. The manger Jeff also came over to talk to us today because he recognized us from previous visits and check on us to see how our meals came out and chatted with us for a couple minutes and this is exactly why we love this location.

I stopped in today for lunch. I took advantage for membership only to get an original olga sandwich for only $5.00 on Tuesdays. It is really worth it to become a member. You can earn free food through your visits. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I got a small side salad and the orange creme cooler as well. My only suggestion is to heat your bathrooms. It is so cold in there.

So I just came in. I had a gift card. Gotta olga’s classic and curly fries. The bad. I think the curly fries were at least a day old. Cold hard nasty just like if you would’ve left them out on the counter top overnight. Disgusting, how can the girl who ring me up Not make sure that my order was proper. How can a cook or people Who managed the kitchen allow such things as day old fries that were disgusting. The funny thing is the slip that you made me sign with a gift card which was odd had a big thing on it says Tip Well, I think you can figure out why the girl who took my order did not come back out with my order? Somebody else did. I was gonna tip I had a dollar in my hand too. Now to the original gyro. The good. It was warm Will I come back I doubted highly. If you can handle the simplest things as french fries I can imagine what goes on. Two bites of the gyro and tasting of fries and everything’s in the garbage Gross .

Our office recently placed a catering order with Olga’s, and the entire experience was fantastic! I received a 15% off catering coupon in the mail, which was a great bonus. Their boxed lunches (ranging from $13.99–$15.99) were an excellent value — each one came with our choice of Olga, a side, and a cookie.
We placed the order a day ahead for a scheduled pickup, and everything was ready right on time. The food was perfectly boxed, neatly labeled, and extremely organized, making distribution effortless. I especially appreciated that they packaged the Olga sauces on the side so nothing got soggy — such a thoughtful touch.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We will definitely be ordering catering from Olga’s again. Extremely pleased!

Staff was just fine. Building itself is absolutely filthy and I regretted sitting down right when I look at the walls. Completely covered in thick layers of dust and dirt. The floor and window sills covered with debris that had its own dust on it so you know it’s been there for ages.

Need to mention on what’s needs improvement, there multiple reasons for 1 star.
1. Water glass wasn’t cleaned or check for impurities. We had to point out saying there are particles floating.
2. The Olga’s that was brought to us were cold and had to be asked for replacements. While the hot ones arrived, these are $10 each and all it has is 2 patty and some veggies – definitely not worth the price.
There can be improvement in customer service and food quality. Not highly recommended
