This place is AMAZING!! The new manager Celeste is an absolute delight we loved her sense of humor and the fact that she is right there greeting us every time we are there and she’s working. I will say as a repeat customer we can see and appreciate the positive energy in this restaurant. There’s teamwork that we have not seen in the past! You guys did well with her! Hope you realize what a gem you have in her!

The worst place ever, two hours I’m still here waiting on the order I paid for online. 640 it’s 840 and nobody has even come to the desk to check. Order says it’s ready it’s soup I understand being busy but the staff has given up and not even trying to serve at this point. They say not responsible for pickup times online then who is? I emailed the olgas feedback email and it is not a valid address anymore I see why. Don’t come here!

I walked in to do a carry out….I noticed it didnt seem to be alot of staff because girl responsible for seating ppl was actually leaving to help in kitchen also, ppl was walking and no help at desk person seemed to be frustrated as well that took my order. I placed order to whind up getting brown lettuce and walked back in to have it re-made unfortunately, I also felt my order wasnt hot for it to have been just made… No one wants cold food! I feel that focus an communication is off and certain employees need to understand customers request after clearly being stated. I felt a lack of care for food safety & also felt walking from cashier desk to kitch to help hand washing should be implimented and wearing gloves when food handling. Also cashier wasnt smiling nor really greeting which is very un welcomning behavior. Some things definately need to change at this location, I hope management/ corporate sees this review.

I ordered delivery from Olga’s up on the hill. And they forgot my zucchini fries. My favorite thing on the menu. So I called up and was so happy with the results I got. Big thanks to Ruby for not only having the capability to have it re delivered, but also up size my fries, added a small side of snackers, & a card for a free side item on my next visit, along with writing a very sweet note. I was definitely not expecting all that when calling. I was just hoping to get my $2.98 refunded. Ruby went above and beyond. I’m truly amazed by her. Thank you Ruby. I hope you see this.

This place is great! So festive and fun for our kids! They even let them take pictures with their decorations and we got to take home tiny pumpkins my kids really enjoyed being made to feel special. I watched who I later found out was a manager named Celeste who was really ensuring that all the kids were made to feel special in some way. That’s really a sweet and personable touch!

My daughter said, “It tastes like they cook with love.” The food was absolutely delicious Our waitress was kind, friendly, and attentive. When we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly and hospitable young lady. The food was awesome. The service was great. The restaurant was nice. However, that ladies restroom was unkept.
