The service was terrible. Might be one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. We stood at the register for 5-7 minutes with no one coming to check on us. It took more than 10-15 minutes for our order to be made, and an additional 5 minutes for the hot chocolate to be made. There weren’t many customers, so I dont understand why it would take that long when other locations would be much faster. The employees were also rude when we spoke to them at the register. I saw a sign in the food prep area reminding the employees to put 1 ketchup per 1 fry in the bag. We got 1 med fry and 1 large fry with no ketchup. The employees were laughing and listening to music in the back instead of paying attention to the sign. We ended up sitting at a booth with a broken chair and unclean table. Not coming back to this specific location. I rarely write reviews but this place just really sucked. The burgers were cold but the fries were hot.

Let’s first start off by saying they got my order 100% correct, even down to having the sauces in the bag. I ran into the restrooms and noticed that they were cleaned, especially in comparison to their competitors. At the drive-through window, I appreciate their service in full. This is one of the better McDonald’s that I have been to in a while.

Always polite and do the best they can, especially when there is a rush of people. The only bad thing is when you are trying to leave. The exit is too close to the stop signs. Then the traffic gets backed up because the light.

They never EVER check the front of the store. All they care about is pumping out orders for the Drive-thru than the inside of the restaurant. I’ve had to wait 10-20+ minutes to even get their attention. Even if I talk to them, they ignore me. Other people are usually also standing, waiting for their food. Absolutely atrocious.

This location is cramp. They messed up my order and gave it to the wrong person. I called to speak with a manager all of sudden nobody speaks english. I called about 10 times they picked up hung up on the 11th call they finally picked I asked can I please speak to a manager lady said ok and hung up. Called again they picked up I asked for a manager again a male come to the phone I explained the problem he said ok then he hung up the phone. This is unacceptable no customer service, rude, nasty attitudes, and management of this location should be held responsible for this unprofessional staff. Hello corporate everyone needs to be retrained or fired.

I went into this Mcdonald’s today. I stated I wanted my burger made a certain way, the sandwich maker somehow managed to screw it up. I came in the inside to have my problem corrected( mind you I was very calm) The waiter begins to be rude & states I have to pay for pickles because there wasn’t a ticket on the sandwich specifying how the burger should be made. I don’t see why i should have to pay when these guys were the one who screwed up the order in the first place. I then go into my bag to make sure all the food was correct…the fries were called. I asked for a new set. The manger takes the fries & burger returns back 10 seconds later with another lousy meal! cold fries, one pickle on the burger, and a dap of mayo & mustard. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, the restaurant was super busy! There’s no way in hell the food shouldn’t have been fresh & made correctly.

Don’t go to this location. Plain and simple service here sucks. First I should’ve known by how they answered the drive-through. What do you want? Secondly, the drive-through cashier got disgusted at me for asking for my bacon egg and cheese bagel well done. It’s your job get over it. And of course the bagel came well done but the bacon was soggy, also a very small amount of bacon. In front of me they messed up the order and I asked for salt in the bag and got pepper with no napkins. Obviously people hate their jobs here, which equates to a bad experience. Go elsewhere.
