After driving a little over 4 hours to get to our first destination raisin Cane only to find out not only did they not have any food to eat but they didn’t have any fresh produce of any kind either.
It was then that Carter’s and browns was recommended to us so off we went.
Carter’s stop serving food at 2:00 p.m.
While burning some time before getting to Little Creek farm we hit pay dirt at Farmer Brown’s.
That’s where several people recommended this spot to come eat.
If you are looking for home cooking this is not the spot.
Other than the salad bar nothing is fresh from Farmers locally.
I will say the swai fish was pretty tasty get the chunkier pieces they’re a lot more moist. The shell beans were pretty decent well the cheesy grits had no seasoning what are you doing the salad bar was my safest bet
Literally everything tasted like it was out of a can and out of a bag and into the steamers.
Lot of you know I don’t eat meat so I hit as many options as I possibly could.
It’s at your own risk
I am in Heaven! Wow.
I drove for 3 hours, and I was not disappointed.
Goodness, I can’t stop trying everything.
Exceptional for Southern Food.
You pay, and then you eat all you can. It’s so good.
Mary, our server was sweet, friendly, and professional.
I have been eating at Ole Times for 15 years. The food is amazing. It is very flavorful and there are soooo many options. The vegetables are seasoned and fresh. It tastes like eating at you Grandma’s after church.
The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is always friendly.
If this place doesn’t make you want to come back….maybe the South isn’t the place for you
