Man, this is one of the best spots I have seen in Oakland far better than the food trucks that are available on the international Boulevard and the prices are comparatively fair. I happen to get a burrito. They have a lot of varieties for affordable prices and the environment is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Their salsas are very nice. I would give a four star for the atmosphere and the food and the service I would rather visit this place than going to any other food truck because you would end up paying almost similar amount like $15 per item but over here you can actually get for 11 or 12 bucks. And they’re open late night. I still need to try many dishes, but the burrito I got is really good. They have a couple of chicken options as well. I tried the spicy chicken, which is like pork but not pork.thats it

They have an entire vegan menu! I got a vegan chimichanga – tasted amazing, huge portion, came with chips. It even had vegan cheese inside.
I also got the vegan cheesecake (also tasted amazing, smallish portion but worth it imo) and the vegan Thai iced tea (was alright, tasted a bit thin relative to coconut milk based ones I’ve tried).
I will definitely come back to explore more of the vegan menu!

My friend and I were looking for a decent taco spot. The bartender at the hotel we stayed at recommended this restaurant. From the moment we walked in you cpuld smell the fresh herbs and deliciousness. The ordering process was easy. You can either place your order on a kiosk or at the register. Undecided as to what to get, my friend went to the register to ask for recommendations. The owner so graciously offered us samples of the alternative meats. I chose the $2 tacos in a variety of ways and my friend ordered the taco bowl. The food came out nice and fresh, looking great. Their housemade hot sauce was out of this world. I didn’t think I would finish all 7 tacos, but they were so good that I did! The owner had such a great time talking with us that he brought out their homemade vegan chocolate cheesecake for us. From the first bite, you can taste the richness in the cake. Definitely the best finishing touch. I highly recommend this restaurant. There is also a full array of non-vegetarian options just as good. I loved the Parsley Chick’n, Vegan Al Pastor, and Vegan Carne Asada.

Went here late a few weeks ago and I’m so glad that they were open because I was super hungry. It was nice that you could order at the kiosk or at the counter and I opted for the kiosk so I could look at their whole menu. I got the asada fries with both types of cheese but next time I’ll just get double Monterey Jack. The ratio of topping to fries was excellent.

Got a carne asada burrito for take out. Quick friendly service. And It was just ok. Edible, but not particularly enjoyable. The salsas were pretty good. But For Oakland, there are stronger options available

This is one of the best vegan options, and other choices are also available at good prices. They offer great customer service and fast preparation. I really appreciate how the managers or owners work with their employees and do their best to provide excellent service to their customers. I’m very satisfied with their cleanliness and their contagious smiles. Please keep this atmosphere just as it is, always.

I love this place. I’ve been trying to eat less meat and their vegan options are bomb. I’ve taken hardcore meat eaters here and they were shocked by how much they liked the vegan stuff. I love their tomatillo salsa and they have a ton of agua fresca options. Overall, definitely my favorite Mexican fast food in the area.
Also, it’s a taqueria. The atmosphere is whatever, but somebody’s nana painted gorgeous oil landscapes that currently grace their otherwise plain walls. That part is pretty cool.

Great employees and delicious food for a reasonable price. I walk in, quick and easy ordering process, the food is quickly cooked right in front of me, and then I’m greeted with a choice of salsa and a smile…and this happens every time. Never had 1 bad experience, nor have I ever left unpleased.

Both burottos were terrible. The first I ordered was a Philly cheese steak burrito and the top half of it had zero meat and cheese, just lettuce tomato and red pepper and some mystery sauce. Asked about it and the cook said there was some in there, thankfully the cashier exchanged it for a San Diego Burrito but that was barely better. It’s mostly tortilla with barely any filling. Disappointed over all cause the food doesn’t match their photos they have posted on Google Maps. Overall disappointed and won’t be returning.
