First time trying it, been on the to eat list for a while now and I’m very glad I came! Quick service, place to sit inside or outside, ordered on the phone and everyone was super nice. Definitely recommend eating here. Lots of parking and not too expensive for the area.

Googled affordable lunch in Wimberley and this came up. There was a $2.00 off burger coupon on fb so i tried it. 2 plain cheeseburgers with fries were almost 40$. Not exactly a good deal. They couldnt enter the coupons in their system and it turned in to a mess. When she told me my total was 38 bucks i was surprised. She told me its because i ordered a la carte? What does that mean? Was there a better way to order? If so why didnt you tell me? No prices posted so how is the customer supposed to know without assistance? The lady behind me tried to order a lunch special and they couldnt enter it in the system either. She was visibly upset too. What a mess.

We had the mushroom Swiss, chili dog stack, onion rings, a1 cheeseburger and fries. All were absolutely delicious! The ranch dressing was so goooooddddd!!! Very clean restaurant and polite staff. Can’t wait to return!

Two double meat cheeseburgers with two sweet potato fries and no drinks is about $54. You wouldn’t know this because there’s no prices on the menu. Turns out the sweet potato fries are $8.50 each and totally not worth it. Conveniently, there is an open air trash can that you can put your elbow on while you order. I will not be going back.

Wow! This has to be one of thee best burgers I have ever had in my life! Everything from the taste and seasoning of the meat to the buns to the fries and omg the onion rings are straight cake! Will most definitely come back again!!! Plus free beer on THU, FRI and SAT on certain times.

I have had a couple of burgers from oldies. Not ever had anything negative to say about it until today. I ordered 2 cheese burgers. 1 was ok, (If you like a soggy burger) & the other was not just soggy but still very undercooked. I did spend $30 on the 2, so I called and was not rude & let them know about my burger. I originally asked for my money back but when she asked if they could please make another burger for me, I figured I’d allow them to “redeem” themself. When picking up my new burger the cook made the rudest comment as I was walking out of the door…made me no longer want the burger! I should have just went with my money back. I will not be going back.

This was my first visit to Oldies Burgers enjoying Wednesdays special The Billy with goat cheese, bacon sauce, fries and tea. As this was my first visit, I was happily greeted by a courteous person named Cecily who was very patient when taking my order while answering all my questions. As dessert I decided to try the carrot cake which was fantastic and not overly sweet like most other carrot cakes which was actually baked by Cecily herself.
Looking forward to returning and eating other great selections. Happy to recommend Hill Country Treats on Facebook

This place served my family some of the most over-salted, deliberately ruined food I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t a mistake — it felt intentional and targeted, and the treatment we received made it clear. The lack of basic respect was obvious.
When my wife returned her burger, she got a refund, but that’s where the “service” ended. The cooks came out, stared at us, and didn’t say a single word — no apology, no accountability, nothing. Zero empathy. The service overall was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
I don’t write reviews, but this experience was so blatantly disrespectful that people need to be warned. This place does not deserve your business.

The best burger I found in the area!! Will be eating here many more times! As I sit here writing this review, i’ve decided to go eat there for lunch again today ! Dam, I’m hungry now. See you all there!! Haha

Paid almost $70 for 3 burgers, a Capri Sun, and two waters, screwed up our order, got mad when I brought it up, and Im quite certain the man hating cook burned my burger buns on purpose before bringing it back angrily. Absolutely ridiculous price to eat literal charcoal and be given horrendous service.
