I usually only leave good reviews, but there is a first time for everything. To be honest, the pizza here was genuinely well done. However, the customer service experience was a deep letdown. I called recently (Feb. 25th, 7:18pm) regarding a missing topping and was told I would receive a “pizza credit.” I even double-checked with the staff by asking, “Do you mean a credit for a pizza?” and they confirmed that was correct. That day was my first time ever ordering from here. Just a small mistake, which was fine; the pizza was still delicious and I was impressed. However when I called to redeem the credit today (Mar. 9th, 6:28pm), I was told it was only a “topping credit.” That would have been perfectly fine if that is what was said originally, but when confirming a specific solution and agreeing to it, you should honor it. If you mean a “topping credit” don’t say “pizza credit.” Having two negative experiences in a row as a first-time customer is not a pleasant experience and it is unfortunate to lose a local customer over a small misunderstanding like this, but the lack of consistency makes it hard to return.

I DoorDash a few days a week occasionally for a little extra cash around the holidays, and ai stumbled upon this place after picking up a DoorDash order for a customer! I was planning on getting Little Cesar’s to feed a family of 5, but as soon as I walked in and saw how good those slices looked, and the yummy smells, I knew instantly I wanted food from here haha. I called back and ordered on my way to drop off the customers order! The staff is sooo friendly, especially the lovely woman at the front desk, and I love supporting family owned businesses!! It goes without saying the food is absolutely incredible 11/10!! No exaggeration the pizza, wings, and jalapeño poppers were soooo good. This will be my families go to spot from now on 🙂

I order lunch from here all the time with my coworkers. I ordered 6 slices of pizza for lunch. I was told it would be 15 minute wait because had to make a fresh pizza. When I picked up my lunch the pizza i received was not the fresh pizza just made. I received slices that had been sitting for a while that the cheese was so dry. I tried to eat it but it didn’t taste good.first time in the 6 month I’ve been going there that I had this bad experience.

Really good pizza. It was right down the street from the indoor waterpark. Decided to give it a try. Fresh pizza in 30 min that was delicious.
We went with the double dough. Half pepperoni and banana peppers. The other half plain cheese. The pic shows what everyone thought. They loved it.

Their pizza is good but not much else is. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon added. When I pulled the top bun off it was loaded with prepackaged bacon bits. The burger had some kind of seasoning they normally don’t use and it was very salty. The fries also had some seasoning that usually isn’t on them which didn’t taste good. The fries also seem as if they precook them, chill them and then fry them because they’re just not good. Very dried out. Not going to be ordering anything but Pizza in the future if I do order again.

Just bought a quick slice of pizza. I took one bite and it was literally not much warmer than room temperature. I then looked at my slice and almost threw up. I’ve attached a pic.
