This place is in an office building in an office park, and you could drive past it without knowing you just missed the place. The brisket I got was tender and flavorful and definitely reminded me of Texas. Nice shady seating outside and plenty of parking available.

I just found Old School Smoke on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. Its a bit hidden in an office building but look for the outside tables and chairs. FYI- Google directs you to the wring side of the building… park in the front.
Brisket sandwich was on point! Good size portions and good price. Homemade sauces that complimented the brisket well (typically I am a no sauce guy, but these worked).
Owner was cool and we talked smokers and BBQ as he made my sandwich.

At a high school grad and a college grad party, there were meats, baked beans, and salad catered from Old School S.E. To say that the pork ribs, beed brisket, and chicken breast were excellent is an understatement.
