This place has some of the best bar food around here . I’m new to the local area and am so glad we found this gem. The wings are crispy the tots are seasoned well and the list goes on. The staff here makes it a point be accurate and attentive so if ur drinking just know the rounds will keep coming . They have bands and game events and always have a spot for seating .

I am a disappointed first timer here. We came with another family and seated out in the tent. On a nothing special Wednesday night it took nearly ten minutes for a service person to stop at the table. Cocktails and beers were slow to arrive and when they did they were in plastic cups. The menu is overpriced bar food. Got a couple apps for the table and they were small. Our waiter ignored us like it was his job. The plates we got for dinner were not vey good, just sort of mediocre pub food. Between the second-rate fare and the bad service I doubt we will be back.

Seated table 104 at 5:52 pm waited at least 10 min to be greeted. Server came with menus and took our drink order. Waited 15 minutes for the cocktails to arrive. We decided to order salads instead of an appetizer. After about another 15 minutes we began to see people being seated after us that were already receiving their appetizers and food!

We wait over 40 min for the food,I asked the waitress If the wing were Breaded she said yes, my wing dont look or taste breaded, my daughters pizza took an extra 10 min, I had to asked for it twice, my soda was empty I asked the waitress for a refill and she forgot 2 times, when we asked for the check my wife asked me what was wrong, I was like I never got my freaking refill so she asked the waitress for a refill.

Old Republic has an amazing atmosphere! I got their chicken Fresca wrap and for my birthday they gave me this beautiful dessert. It was a warm brownie with ice cream. So good! Everything we had food wise was delicious. I can’t wait to go back to see more of their live music. We saw 7th Heaven last night and they were amazing!! Definitely the best summer spot around town!

Absolutely amazing. Waiter was great plus it was trivia night! My family didn’t play in the game,but we had fun guessing the questions. Personally the “best burger in elgin” vote is mostly accurate. Personally I like E.P.H, but these burgers are very good.

First time going here, not far from home and daughter picked it to go here for her birthday dinner. Got the baked potatoes as appetizers and they were pretty good. My daughter wanted to go here for their burgers and she really enjoyed hers, niece got the salmon with a baked potato and for a picky eater she loved it. My pasta was ok, it had feta and salmon amongst other things but lacked like sauce and maybe more feta, wasn’t the greatest to be honest. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and he ate it but wasn’t completely satisfied. Overall it was a good dinner, the outside has cute little lights and the inside has cool neon signs all over the walls.

We had the Elotes Shrimp Tacos and the Hilltop Burger – both were good. We heard thier enchilada salad and wraps were good too. If your looking for a good restaurant to watch sports [inside] or listen to live music [outside] then this is your place. Bar area seemed nice too. Service was about par for the course – I can see it being hit or miss. Overall, a good resturant to bring a group of friends or family too. Drink menu looked pretty good, although I opted for a draft beer.
