First time at Old Mexico, the food was nicely priced for all you get! I got the steak and chicken fajitas (the single) and it was enough for two! My husband got the quesadilla burrito and it was massive, probably the biggest burrito i’ve ever seen. We both had enough food for left overs. The food was delicious (other than the red sauce on the burrito he didn’t like it). The queso and salsa was fantastic as well! The only reason for 4 stars is the service was pretty slow, super friendly staff but it seems they could use some more servers. Our server was great when he had time to come over though!

We went for dinner, had the carne asada and tacos. Both were really good. Once we were seated the waiter was attentive and food was brought out quickly despite being short staffed. The queso was the best I’ve had in a while, and the salsa tasted fresh. The chips were fresh and warm.

0922 – great tasting food as always. Salsa was perfectly spiced.

1222 – No change. Good tasting food.

0323 – No change

0623 – Salsa was off the test. It was like tomato paste. Fried ice cream was just a soft serve.

1123 – Food was seasoned enough to enjoy.

Definitely 5 star. The food was great and reasonably priced . The service was prompt and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice and the place was particularly clean. We wanted to watch football and they had several televisions for that purpose.

This is definitely my favorite local sit down Mexican food restaurant. I feel bad that I’ve slept on them for so long. I recently went a second time and can’t wait to go back.

The staff is very friendly. Great both times. The margaritas are good and the food is delicious! The first time I had Burri-Queso burrito. I’m a sucker for huge burritos topped with sauce and it was everything I wanted. The next time I went I got the Carnitas and they were delicious. Definitely enough food to eat for lunch the next day.

Also, they have daily specials. They run a deal on regular margaritas on Monday. Can’t beat that!

First time there & it was a good experience. It was lunch time, I got the Speedy Gonzales which made me laugh. It had a beef taco & beef enchilada, refried beans. The shell of the enchilada was a negative. It was too hard when it should have been soft. I also got an extra chicken taco & tea. I did get a chance to eat the chips & salsa, but I’m picky about those things, & theirs just looked ok. Chips too thick, salsa too dark. I spent $16 or so. I did enjoy the lunch with my co workers. The atmosphere was good & I’ll be back definitely .

My favorite restaurant in the Madison/Huntsville area; we had to stop while in the area. I always get the same thing, the three amigos which is a mixture of steak, shrimp and chicken. The food rarely disappoints and was on the table soon after ordering.
The wife ordered a quesadillas and thoroughly enjoyed it.
