We enjoyed our family late lunch at Old Man Rafferty’s! Our servers were attentive and the quality of food was great. We tried a lot of different appetizers to share and everyone was satisfied. They have a solid drink menu with some rotating/seasonal drinks. I appreciate the solid variety of craft beer and have a lot of local NJ breweries. The bar is a great place to watch sports, but wouldn’t say it’s a “rowdy” sports bar crowd at all. If you’re looking for a quieter experience you can sit on the non bar side and it’s very relaxing and quiet.

Celebrated my birthday in there last week. The servers are accommodating and friendly. The ambiance is nice but it gets a little loud if you are seated on the bar with big tvs. The food is amazing especially their steak tacos. The cakes are delicious too. Highly recommended

So I ordered from here 3 times . Twice from DD and once I decided to actually sit and eat. The food they give you in the resturaunt is pretty good. Both times I ordered from DD they gave me slop. I spent $50+ each time and my steak was over cooked every time dry with no flavor. potatoes, veggies and steak all put into one container. A pile of juices at the bottom of the container which caused the garlic potatoes to be so soggy they were falling apart on my fork… yeah definitley learned my lesson.

We used to be regular customers, going back at least 10+ years. The food used to be good. No more. This place is ripe for a Kitchen Nightmares appearance. Gordon Ramsay would have a FIT.
The inside is drab and dreary, the tables are tiny, and the chairs are wobbly. It’s cold inside even after asking for it to be turned up. There was some horrendous music playing far too loudly. The place was EMPTY on a Friday night at 5pm.
The average age of the clientele is senior citizen or close and it shows, NOTHING has any taste anymore.
Firstly, the French fries. They used to be huge curly steak fries. Now they’re garbage frozen junk that’s overcooked. I had fish and chips, no flavor. The batter was okay. Another person in my party had chicken parmigiana. It was rubbery, overcooked and clearly microwaved. And then the worst of it all, the poki bowl or whatever it’s called. The seaweed was sour and the entire thing tasted off.
The general manager has the gall to come over and say the chef tasted it and it was fine. OKAY THEN, go make some other people sick! You don’t have a chef, you have a microwave and some guy who has no idea what he’s doing.
The replacement dishes of “filet mignon sliders” and Nashville sliders were equally dreadful and tasteless.
Absolutely NOT. Never again. It’s not worth dealing with the MESS that is Route 206 to come here.

Their menu has a ton of options and you get a large portion of food for the price. The chicken parm sandwich was awesome and I really liked the dark side of the moon desert to finish the meal. Friendly service, lots of parking, and great food.

Very nice American Restaurant, they have indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. The food is very good, we had shrimp appetizers, cheesesteak egg rolls, and a chicken pot pie which was amazing. We also ordered short ribs, stuffed shrimp with crab meat. Amazing food, and not too busy on a Tuesday, definitely worth eating at this restaurant.

My wife and I stopped in for a bite after a local soccer game. We sat at the bar which had random seats still available. We ordered a couple drinks and then some apps and our meal. The bartender was nice and I was able to have a taste test of one of the craft beers on tap. After picking out a beer, our apps came out. We had the wings and boom boom shrimp that were both delicious. Then for our meals, we had the fish tacos and the “bar burger.” My wife raved about the tacos being fresh and tasty and said the rice was the best she ever had, anywhere. She liked it so much, she brought some home and asked our son to try to duplicate it. My burger and fries were also delicious. The burger was thick and juicy and the fries were shoe strings cooked just right. The bartenders were helpful, friendly and attentive.
The room had a cozy atmosphere and had a comfortable vibe. It was kind of like walking into Cheers and we did feel welcome.
The place started to get busier as the night went on and we had to get on down the road.
The process were decent for what we had.
I would go back if ever in the area.

For starters we order the Italian load of bread that came with 3 dippings. One was a herb butter mix, hummus and olive oil with herbs mixed in. The best out of the three was the butter. Absolutely delicious. Definitely will ask for more of that next time.
I got the chicken Parm sandwich with pesto and it was freaking delicious. I was excited the next day to eat my left overs.
My boyfriend got the French fry nachos. It was good, but nothing out of this world.
Last our friend ordered the Texas Thanksgiving Special. I didn’t get to taste this but he said it was delicious. He finished his plate with no crumbs left behind.
I did take a star away from the atmosphere, because it was just to dark inside. Needed to be a little brighter. We aren’t in a theater now. I’d like see my surroundings.
But yes we would all come back and we already planning our next visit.

Comfortable old school bar and grill vibe, with classic burger and salad menu items to accompany a wide range of drinks. Yuengling on tap was nice to wash down a satisfying ahi tuna salad. The veggie burger was seared well with hot salty fries. Friendly service. Looked like a chill bar. Nice spot for lunch or dinner. Inside and outside seating.
