Food was good, but ordered a med hot vanilla latte with extra shot of vanilla and whip cream. Left drive thru and tasted it. Tasted like hot water with a slight taste of vanilla.. as much as ya charge for them I would think they would be made correctly.. especially with expresso..

Just ordered a medium sugar free coffee. Very simple. I wasn’t handed a small. I asked politely if I had ordered the wrong thing. With full confidence she said “that’s a medium” and that was that. Which whatever fine, but when I drank it, I almost spit it out by how sweet it was. It wasn’t sugar free, and it tasted like it had 1,000 pumps of syrup. I love this McDonald’s, but that’s crazy. (The cup literally has an S for small)

This McDonald’s has bedbugs and cockroaches. I saw some crawling around the corners. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell terrible. Would not recommend. Fries were cold and soggy. Big Mac bun was as hard as a rock. Took forever to receive food.

McDonalds is a fast food chain. The amount of time it takes to get through the drive through is unrealistic. I was the 3rd car in line. I only ordered a breakfast wrap and a medium orange juice. Two girls stood in the pay window and took my payment. After waiting about 10 mins they opened the window and asked if I was cashed out to which I replied and said yes, you both already took my payment and they just stood there and staired. When I was finally able to pull forward and get to the food window, the male employee behind that window poured the orange juice, set it down, looked down in the bag and walked away. About 5 mins later, he returned looked down in the bag a second time and slowly walked to the window unsure if it was the correct order and handed it out. There is no excuse for the amount of down time that is happening behind the counter and in the workplace. I would recommend training the staff on customer service and assisting the customers in a timely manner.
This is an ongoing pattern at this particular McDonald’s.

Place is so dirty had to clean my own table. Not because they were to busy because they were not only one onlyher person sitting down eating. All the hand sanitizers were empty they must just be for looks. Rude employee’s honest wouldn’t recommend

We went specifically to this location based on reviews that included photos of a play place. I wasn’t sure if they were standard photos but compared to other reviews for locations nearby and it seemed the reviews were specific to this place. Turns out it was updated and there is no play place. Luckily there were games on screens. Service was slow and the bathrooms were flooding, which management called in maintenance right away. Pretty much what you would expect from a McDonald’s on a long road trip

We go to mcdonald’s all the time and NEVER had a problem until tonight! My fiancé found whatever this is in his burger. We got his burger with just BACON AND CHEESE, that’s it, but they put everything on it. I got a $5 meal and of course they forgot the sandwich, we won’t be going back after this

I went for dine in had to wait for 15 mins they did not took my order. So I had to go to drive thru. I ordered fish o fillet. Asked for just fish fillet. The price is same for both the items the MC donalds I had in new York has different price.

They are pretty good most of the time. Sometimes they get busy and don’t have enough people to handle the traffic. Food is usually good. Staff is friendly. The lobby is closed as they don’t have enough employees. So people of Bedford help them to help you.

I went here with my family and we had a great experience here. The food came out fast and hot everything came out as expected.
There was a play area for the kids to expell some energy. The restrooms were clean witbh no problems.
Overall it was a good experience.
