Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable . Tuna tartare was one of the best we have ever had! Bacon is always on point as an appetizer! NY strip was extremely tender and cooked perfectly! Lobster Mac and cheese was the icing on the cake- there were 3 huge chunks of lobster in it!

I went to this particular restaurant because I read it had very good reviews. The food was very bland I had the surf and turf I asked them to cook the steak well done. The steak came back dry , crispy and hard to cut and hard to chewed. The lobster had no seasoning looks like they just boiled it and dash it on the plate. My friend had chicken Parmesan she said was burnt and dry and they cover the burnt side with the cheese. Only thing that tasted good was the garlic mashed potato. I dint complained or send the food back because am afraid to send food back and they might get mad and do something to the food . Birthday cake was dry and hard. Never again!! I was expecting more from this restaurant food was overpriced and the food is not good . Waitress was alright he barely came and check on us. I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

Had a great night with Gennero and Oscar as our servers. The food was fantastic. Recommend the bacon, mozzarella and peppers, and the ribeye. Sea bass was a great fish option. Porter house for 2 is enough for 3!

Absolutely amazing food and the best service I have ever at any restaurant I’ve ever visited. It might be a hefty price but you are paying for the high-level service along with the very tentative care they give you and the quality of food is like no other sadly I have to say this gives Hell’s kitchen a run for it’s money

Simply fabulous. The service was beyond exceptional. Friendly, funny, polite and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. Almost too big, if there’s such a thing. Everything was cooked to perfection. Definitely the best place in Borgata, if not all of Atlantic City.

Seated on time. It was a Friday so we didn’t expect to be seated early… service staff was friendly. Really helped me pick my drinks… we started with the bacon and tuna tartare… excellent choices. Porterhouse was cooked perfect medium rare but it didn’t jump out to me. It was a good steak but nothing to remember. The seabass was probably the highlight of the meal. Perfectly cooked. I think it was even better than when I had a similar version at izakaya. Lobstermac and Cheese was decent but I wouldn’t order it again. Brussel sprouts where deep fried?… one suggestion is do not order the mashed potatoes. If you ever tried the boxed add water/milkpotato flakes… very on par with that.

Here in Atlantic City this weekend celebrating my husband’s 50th. We went to Old Homestead at the Borgata. The food was absolutely delicious. The rolls pictured are an onion. They do have rolls with walnuts but we passed on those being we do not like nuts. The onion soup was excellent. I highly recommend. I ordered the chicken parmesan. It comes with pasta but I substituted the garlic mash potatoes in its place. You can do any substitution at no upcharge on their side dish list with the exception of the lobster Mac and cheese. There is an upcharge for that side dish which is understandable. My husband ordered the 16 oz filet. He said it was the best he ever had. The side sauces are very, very good. Their signature steak sauce is a definite bonus. Very flavorable. It’s a cross between a steak sauce and BBQ sauce. We split the brownie and Blondie Bombshell. The ice cream is Ben and Jerry’s. The service was impeccable. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I give this place an A+++. If you’re in Atlantic City, and want a very nice romantic dinner, I would not recommend bringing children however, I would definitely recommend. We look forward to going back.

We had lobster bisque, onion soup and fried calamari for appetizer. To be honest, the onion soup is fantastic. Think cheese layer on top! Fried calamari is also tasty and fresh. With the main course we got the salmon and steak. It was disappointed. The steaks are bit cold. When it serves its not hot, we could only call it bit warm. The middle of the salmon are ok, but just ok. The bok Choy inside are tasty and juicy, but the salmon is dryyyyyyy. And not much sauce. The mashed potato taste like the instant mashed potato powder from Russia. Anyway, might be my flavor preference, not coming back again. Sorry if anyone like this place, maybe I ordered the wrong dish.

The food was excellent and the service was even better. Mike was our server and he made us feel welcome and important throughout our entire dinner. The wait staff assisting tables in the upstairs dining was highly attentive and kind too. Will definitely be back!
