The best steakhouse in AC. Their signature steak, bone in ribeye, is out of this world. That was the best steakhouse I’ve ever had. Prime rib was awesome too. Be careful when you order salad as the portion is huge, enough for 2 people. Our servers were great, super friendly and very knowledgeable. You must try this place.

Fabulous food & service

The meal dictated a NY sirloin with Brussel Sprouts. I devoured the sprouts. The bread was cold, better if they warmed it up…

5/1/24 update: Good 44 oz Porterhouse for sharing. Even cuts that were tender & moist. Our party of 5 had a great time.

7/26/24:
Another great meal at the bar. I enjoy the bar vibes more. You also get your drinks faster.

9/12/24:
A wonderful evening with 2 bottles of Austin Hope. A bargain at $110 for a liter

Update:
Fine wine & oysters. Plus caviar for $125

Upon walking to front desk it took a moment to be noticed as what I could ascertain was an employee and her family leaving after dining . The front desk girls seemed more interested in her leaving then with us waiting . It’s a very nice steakhouse. Atmosphere was on the upscale. Decor was appealing. Tables were spaced far enough apart where it was private for each group Waiters were attentive. A nice list of wines was provided as was drink menu. All priced accordingly to the restaurants in AC so prepare for 2x the normal . We ordered the porterhouse for two ($155) and a few appetizers with a side. Steak was cooked to perfection and very nicely spiced. A side of the bernaise complimented the steak and didn’t overpower it. The sides were generous and very flavorful. The calamari was extremely fresh and very delicious. Lightly breaded and served with a side sriracha and a marinara- nice touch giving two sauce choices. The Caesar salad was huge fresh, and the dressing was on point. Saved a little room for dessert ordered the crème brûlée, which was quite delicious. The coffee came with a decanter to enjoy more than one cup without asking. And an unusual serving of sweets to stir in. A Little Rock candy stick or whole sugar cube. Nice touch. Overall a very good meal definitely will return for a great steak! A must go if in the Borgata!

Re-visit on 9/1/25 and food again on point. Service was top notch and everything was well worth the price. The steaks are top quality and cooked to perfection. Everything you could want in a great steakhouse! Dessert was very good as well. The mile high strawberry shortcake was indeed a mile high.

Wow what a meal!
For appetizer we were initially unsure of what to order, until the smell of thick cut bacon in maple syrup arrived at the table next to us. It was so delicious we were sad when it was gone.
For our entrees we had the veal special and the 16oz filet mignon (too much meat lol)
Both were cooked perfectly and the side of sautéed mushrooms paired well with both. Stuffed to the gills, we made the mistake of ordering dessert…the chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream etc. It was way too much food but the whole meal was really very good, and the service was professional and excellent. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation in advance and showed up early for seating. 2 guys walked up and were promptly escorted to a table while we waited to be seating. We were then taken upstairs to be seated.
Servers were attentive but our waiter Frank didn’t care that the white wine that was served wasn’t right and he moved on. Took another 10-15 minutes to get our orders.
Salad came out and then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for our main entree.
For the amount that the dinner cost and the tip that was expected, I believed we should have gotten A+ service.
We have been before and it was great.
Will consider whether or not I go again

This restaurant should be Michelin Starred. Service was impeccable and the food was absolutely mouth watering! I had the glazed salmon and my other half had the 9oz petit sirloin. We both agreed that this was the best overall meal either one of us had ever eaten.

The service was top notch and the servers were very engaging. Had a great conversation with the two that were assigned to our table, nice to talk about food, especially their own experiences with preparing food. We served a raisin roll, onion roll and butter, only tried the onion roll, it was fresh and delicious (the roll was really good but we weren’t here for bread ). Now to the main dishes, had the prime beef carpaccio for the 1st time, what did I wait so long to ever order this? It was out of this world! A great beef flavor that was enhanced by the capers, Parmesan and truffle oil along with some micro greens, something that every beef eater should try. Tried the heavy cut bacon and it was also amazing, well it is bacon, but on another level. The stuffed day boat scallops was like having a great crab cake over scallops, so much so that we thought we ordered crab cakes in error. It was absolutely delicious and had an abundance of crab over tender scallops. For dinners, decided to have the lobster Mac and cheese (a side dish on the menu, big enough for 2) along with the Chilean sea bass. The Mac and cheese had huge chunks of lobster and was very decadent, a real winner. The sea bass was perfectly cooked over fresh string beans in a sweet soy sauce. The fried potato bun went perfectly along with the cashews providing a nice crunchiness to the dish. Overall it was an absolute great experience along with some of the finest service and the obvious stars of the night, the food. Of course we took copious amounts of food back to our room along with some silverware (plastic to be clear) that they provided. A great experience. It’s something we decided to try although it is above our normal price range, glad we did.

I’m still reeling from the best steakhouse dish I’ve ever had – filet mignon on top of a hash brown patty that was cooked to perfection. The flavors were insane and the presentation was top-notch. I was blown away, and I’m definitely adding this to my list of dishes to wow my guests. We’ll definitely return here on our next Atlantic City trip, as no other restaurant measures up. I’ll make sure to end my night on a high note, right here!

Wanted to try the B-prime at first, but it didn’t open tonight. So, we went to the Old Homestead instead, since we wanted some steaks. They did not fail me.
