Not a big fan of their buffet, I love the fried shrimp! So good!

Quality is something that most restaurants do not try to excel at anymore. Sunday buffet is pretty good. But, drove about 20 minutes for lunch and got ribs that needed to be cooked for about 3-4 more hours. The sugars in the rub had not even caramelized which indicates a short cooking time.
They were not raw, but very tough. The ribs we’ve had on the two Sunday buffets were dark from caramelization. Never had ribs like this at any restaurant before. The cook and the waitress should have noticed how bad the ribs were before even bringing them out. At least they did not charge us for the ribs. But they must not have had any ribs that were better, because they could not replace the ribs. They did offer other things, but by that time we were pretty bummed out with the experience. When I eat out, I expect good service. I generally do not go back to a restaurant when it is this bad.

Delicious brisket and barbecue sauces. The dipped chicken was unique and had a great combination of flavors and textures, I can see why it’s recommended by Garden & Gun. Our waitress/asst. manager was friendly, made great recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything. Can’t wait to come back!

Brisket was phenomenal. Pulled pork great. Ribs a little dry but if you cover ’em in sauce you’ll never notice. Seasoned vegetables were the best side bar none. Greens and slaw average. If you live close by and don’t do Sunday buffet, you’re crazy!

First of all, as a BBQ joint, I would expect a variety of BBQ sauces. They only had mustard sauce vinegar sauce, and a “mild” BBQ sauce that was only tomato sauce. Service was very poor. Our waitress did not check up on us to ask how the food was or check for anything we may have needed. When she arrived with our drinks she spilled one everywhere (accidents happen) and mixed the others. The whole front of the tester any was being run by inexperienced teenage girls. We paid $14.95 for each person to eat from the buffet. Sounds good, but the buffet included a sparse variety of sides, salads, and meats. The food was terrible. We could not eat our money’s worth because after the first plate our stomachs hurt so bad we couldn’t leave our seats. Macoroni incredibly tasteless. All meat extremely dry. Baked beans were made with what seemed like only tomorrow sauce. Everything has been sitting out so long it had developed a skin on it. They brought us rolls that smelled sour and were stale. The soda we got was all very watery. Also the restaurant and especially the buffet had a smell that nearly made me lose my appetite.

Would not recommend at all.

Extremely disappointed. Long wait due to a large group of 16 that had arrived before us. My wife’s chicken was cold and the beef briskit I ordered was simply beef roast cut into chunks. No smokey taste at all. As stated in a comment before, dinner roll with BBQ? BBQ comes with hush puppies! Waitress brought us unsweetened tea to refill our sweet tea. Also noticed that everyone in our area had to raise their hand or go find the waitress for extra service. When we paid she didn’t return my card and I had to go ask for it. My card was laying under her phone at the register. Guess she was paying more attention to the phone than her customers. My tummy didn’t settle well with the food either. Needless to say we won’t go back.

This was an amazing place. We ate out in the patio section with our 2 dogs. They brought the furbabies a big bowl of water and we ordered the fur babies a pound of smoked chopped chicken. It was awesome!!!! We had the Etowah seafood and BBQ and Fried Chicken plate which was out of this world The service was so awesome and so very friendly too. Great place to eat!!!!

Went with a group. Pulled pork was good. My chicken wing and breast were dry. Mac and cheese didn’t have much taste but was good once I added pepper and salt. Hush puppies were really good

We went there at 6:30 on a Friday night. Only one table of six people seated in the entire restaurant. That should have been a red flag for me, but I was hungry, so I went in anyway. We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and seated us. Once the food came out, everything was cold including the barbecue. BBQ was bland, so were the sides. Apparently, the large stack of wood on the front porch isn’t for fresh BBQ. Not a fan, will not return. Only positive was our waitress was very friendly.

First visit looked forward to dining on porch with our pups – were sent around building to an outdoor area with tables and a bar. Set down and waited only to be told the only thing available was the buffet and if we wanted to eat it was upstairs – so we would have to serve ourselves….my husband is handicapped + we had our pups so we left. Never again + many locals have not been happy with the food or the service…
