I am very impressed by this establishment. I was really impressed by the flavor of the pizza I ordered, the chicken bacon ranch with some extra toppings on it. They got my order correct and it was very timely and delicious. I liked the multiple screens near the bar and on the walls, so you are bound to find something to watch. The establishment is very clean and welcoming! They also have a great selection of taps on hand as well!

Omg I’m so impressed!!!! They’re nacho chips are light and fluffy (They remind me of wontons.) It’s crazy. I’ve never had anything like it. Best nachos …..Hands down.❤️ Staff was amazing. So friendly. What a great atmosphere.

As usual, this place is top notch for some great hot food and drinks for a reasonable price. The wonton chips are the star of the show, for the nachos and the spinach artichoke dip omg they are to die for. The meat personal pizza is great as well. Never miss a chance to go when I’m in town. Wish this place was in Atlanta GA!!!! I will be back in November lol…

We had a great experience at Old Chicago, largely thanks to Tyler. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Our drinks stayed full, food was on point, and he checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. If you’re dining here, ask for Tyler—you won’t be disappointed.

Don’t sleep on this place! Seriously…I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised on all fronts. The pace was great, fried pickles, BBQ Burger (simply just peppered bacon, nicely toasted bun, med-rare cooked perfectly,), chicken pesto sandwich. Quiet enough, great staff. Nailed it!

The apple, chicken, walnut salad was really good. The walnuts were really toasted well and the salad was a good size for lunch. I was able to the salad with no cranberries and extra walnuts. Service was great.

Seated fairly quickly by the host. Then it took 15 minutes to be visited for the drink order. 20 minutes before the drinks arrived. 10 more minutes before we could order even though we said we were ready when we placed the drink order. Food arrived, completely incorrect, took another 30 minutes to get the correct food. By this point we were fed up because a table who arrived after us had been served and finished before we received our order. 10 more minutes to get the check, another 10 to get to the point of actually paying and another 10 to get a box. Service was atrocious, food was wrong and never once got asked if things were okay. I give up on this place, because it wasn’t crowded and our waitress only had 4 tables, but would vanish for extended periods.

I don’t dine out as often but when I do, Old Chicago is one of those places that just feels right. I usually dine there for small occasions like a friend birthday or sometimes even to just go and watch a game. Their food is so fast and hot, the service was great, customer s are their number one priority and if I have another event; this definitely a to go place for next time. You should try it out I promise they won’t disappoint.

After literally ignoring me for 5 minutes, the CUSTOMER next to me asked me if I had been helped yet. NO. Stephanie was clearly annoyed when I hollered, “excuse me, may I have a menu”? As if it was in inconvenience, she said she was cleaning (as if that should be more important than customers) and brought one. She did NOT take the opportunity to ask if I wanted anything to drink. When she returned, she asked, “did you want something?” I asked for a beer and she walked away. It took 5 minutes for a menu, 3 minutes for a drink and 13 minutes for an app. I know this because I decided to watch the clock so I could be accurate. I am glad she has regulars, but the next person that sat down on my side of the bar also got the 5 minute cold shoulder. She did say she would be right over at 4, but then created hmm with, what do you want. Sorry that it was such a memorable visit in a negative way. The photos are of the “fried zucchini” I ordered. Where is the zucchini part? There are slivers of peels that were friend and served. Enough grease for an oil change. I wish I had better news, but we just moved back and this location will not be a fan favorite.
