My husband and I popped in to Okinii Express for a late lunch/dinner after some shopping because the sound of hibachi just sounded great and we had been meaning to come in for a while. Its an unassuming little place next to Ollie’s in the shopping center but really cute inside and several comfortable tables for you to eat in, should you wish to do so. We chose to dine in, the person who took our order was really lovely, and got our orders perfect.
My husband chose the steak and shrimp hibachi bowl, with noodles instead of rice. I chose the chicken and steak with fried rice. And egg rolls. We were pleased to have a nice selection of fountain drinks, and bottled if we wanted. To our surprise, we both got salads with our hibachi which was nice. The egg rolls came out first, good crispy egg rolls, and you get two per order. Our meals came out fairly quickly and goodness, they were absolutely loaded with food! Everything was delicious, the steak was tender, chicken was juicy and my husband really enjoyed his shrimp. For the price we paid, which was dinner pricing, it was absolutely worth it!
Over all, this place has a lot going for it, and we only tried the hibachi! They have sushi, teriyaki and fried rice dishes to explore! Next time I plan to do the sushi special. We will be back!

It is a very bustling place. Friends who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere should definitely not miss it. One can see a large number of people here every day. I ordered a healthy soup and an appetizer. One can sit here to rest and wait for friends without being disturbed.

Pretty cool spot to eat but easily missed if you’re not looking for it. Definitely a combination between Chinese and Japanese but really good.
Depending on what type of food you like if you get it spicy with two chillies it’s definitely on the spicy side.
Outside of that I will come back here to eat again. Not too expensive and a really great flavor.

Look at the menu, and you can select from the titles, or you can choose what you want instead. I noticed a lot of BBQ pork. I prefer eating beef or chicken. I went with the custom option instead. The process is rather simple. Look towards the end of the menu to see how to do it. The way they packed my food was smart. You’ll have your food separate from the broth. Your food is better fresh when you mix it yourself. Also, you never know how traffic will delay your drive home. You take the lid off and just pour your food into the broth. Payment will be cash or credit card. You can add a tip if you want at the end of the transaction.

My first time here, and it definitely won’t be my last! We had ramen and two orders of chicken wings, and everything was delicious. The service was quick and friendly, even though the place wasn’t too busy when we walked in.
They helped us order and got right to work on our food. The ramen was flavorful, and the wings were crispy and perfectly seasoned.
The vibes inside were great—really cozy and clean, which is a nice touch for the area. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good meal and good atmosphere!

Cute little ramen place near the Dayton Mall! Super yummy food. Everything was fresh and good. We got J1, J2 and J3 Ramen. Along with the honey wings, Crab Rangoon and onion rings. Yummy. The atmosphere is adorable, clean and simple. 10 small tables.

What an amazing little noodle bar. Met the owner who helped guide us through his menu. Delicious, fresh and fast. We ordered three different bowls and the steamed dumplings. All were amazing, but those dumplings were the best we have had in forever. Portions were large, price was fair, and the restaurant was super clean. We will be back.

This is a store that’s hard to find in the corner. It’s diagonally opposite the car wash. It’s next to Ollie’s. I’m staying at a hotel nearby. I found this place nearby. It’s a very distinctive place. There are special sushi and teppanyaki here.
