Just walking by and stopped in. Had spicy edamame. Mango roll, spicy tuna roll and another can’t remember the name. Super friendly staff clean and amazing!

Stopped by for a lunch date, and we had a great experience along with wonderful food. Everything we tried tasted fresh and delicious. The batter on the tempura was light and crunchy with fresh veggies inside. The miso soup was strong with tasy firm tofu. The sushi was fresh and tasty. One of my favorites was the Kobe with asparagus, and my husband loved the spicy salmon. All of the rolls we ordered were good, but those stood out for us. The staff was attentive, helpful with the menu, and very nice. Our order was taken promptly, and our glasses were always topped off. Would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a sushi spot in downtown Golden.

10/10 great experience. I come from Texas and we were a party of 4. We got to Colorado kinda late but the workers still gave us excellent service and we didn’t feel rushed even though we got done eating 30 minutes before closing time. Shrimp Tempura roll is delish!

This place missed the mark. Staff was friendly, and food was served quickly, but they forgot to ask us for drinks. The sashimi and sushi tasted very “mid.” The smoked salmon sashimi was tough to chew. The pepper tuna sashimi was barely “peppered”. Gyoza was good. Probably the best dish was the yellowtail jalapeño. The shrimp tempura and Cali rolls were just OK. Nothing really stood out as great. I will say the presentation pf the food was very nice.

4 stars because house salad with ginger dressing was awful and costs nearly $8. The dressing was so watery and the salad is the first thing you have. It sets the bar and it’s something you should not mess up.
Sushi was excellent, a little pricier than some other places I’ve been to but the rolls were good. The scallops weren’t as good as Hapa.
The waiter wasn’t very personable but that was fine.
I’d go again.

The quality of their sushi for the amount asked is a great deal. The dragon egg appetizer is delicious as well as their edamame. This is one of my favorite local sushi places to eat.

Had a lovely dinner here during the week. Everything came out looking beautiful and really surpassed my expectations. The Gyoza tasted like it was made to order. I like the simple sushi rolls and the quality supported this here. I did order the Playboy roll for some extra flavor and will absolutely get that again. It was very delicious. Staff and service was great!

A bit overpriced, cuz you’re paying for the downtown Golden location. Still, the fish is fresh and the place is very clean and has a cool vibe. I spent $53 on lunch for just myself and left hungry. I’d recommend it if you are in Golden and want good sushi and you’re not frugal.
