Tucked away in a corner of Austell sits Okinawa Steak and Sushi! The ambiance is clean, modern and inviting. My daughter the sushi lover had a spicy crab roll which she said was perfection! I had a decided to get the Steak Hibachi and it didn’t disappoint! The steak was flavorful and cooked to perfection, the veggies with the sesame seeds were so delicious and not overcooked .

First time here, nice ambiance and clean restrooms. The salad with ginger dressing was pretty good, it appeared that it was a lot of water in the bowl for whatever reason. Had the hibachi shrimp which was good. Not the best I’ve had but not a bad alternative. Really good service.

I ordered delivery and spent $47, and honestly, it was not worth it. The sushi just wasn’t fresh. The Spider Roll had shrimp with the shell still on, and the seaweed was chewy — I couldn’t even eat it. The Alaskan Roll wasn’t any better — the salmon tasted fishy and the eel was tough and chewy. I even asked (and was willing to pay extra) for extra ginger, but didn’t get any. Really disappointed… definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I eat here about 3 times or more a month, it is always soo good!! Service is good and fast! Prices did go up some but they food is to good that it doesn’t change a thing. Such a cozy place, perfect for a lil date! Love! 🙂

Very nice hidden gem. Sushi rolls and Korean bulgogi. You can get it made how you want including noodles instead rice for the hibachi bowls. They also have a lunch special for lower price. The hibachi bowls come with a sushi roll of you choice. The bulgogi beef bowl was 17.95 including the sushi. They have a lot of sushi options too including tuna or salmon and California rolls. They serve wine and other drinks as well. Definitely a good date night spot or just a good family dinner for Korean.

Absolutely delicious that last time I ordered but this time not so much. My spicy salmon roll had literally no spicy mayo and the salmon was chewy. The general twos chicken was inconsistent in texture. The filet mignon was good and so was the miso soup. It would be good if there was consistency.

I love their General Tso Tofu. Their menu says chicken but when I askee if they can do it with tofu they said sure. It was great! They give you a perfect portion so you can eat it all during your lunch time. No left overs…so if you’re expecting food for another day… this is maybe not the place for you.

This is my favorite place to go for sesame chicken and fried rice! Their sushi is amazing as well, and their waitresses are so sweet! Nice place to go for a date night, as the atmosphere of the restaurant is dim lighting and quiet dining. 5 Stars!

I’m in a nursing home and once a month we coordinate a big takeout order with various places. We have used Okinawa Austell 3 times now, and everytime, without fail, they have given us delicious perfection! And their lunch prices are extremely affordable, even for us!
We average 30 to 35 orders each time! Everything is always packaged so we can identify each order easily, and there have been ZERO mistakes or complaints. Zero complaints!
Chase is always spectacular with his customer service and attention to detail. I wish i could remember the names of the other people whom ive interacted with. They were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about how much we love Okinawa Austell!
Their Dallas Hwy location is also a gem. My sister and I used to go there at least once a month. It was our favorite sushi spot!
