Nice little BBQ joint in Stilwell. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable.

Wife had the brisket baked potato and I had the hot links and Brisket.

The hot links are jalapeno hot (could be hotter) but they were juicy and tasty

The brisket was moist and tasted good. Might need a little more salt.

I wish they had burnt ends. We will try them again.

Was in town working for 2 days and one the guys told me they had great BBQ. That’s an understatement, their food is excellent! The ladies provided exceptional service along with the food was prepared wickedly quick.

Overall great experience, I came here for dinner both nights lol. Highly recommend.

Hopefully just came on an off day. Pulled pork was pretty good. Sides were pathetic. Service was terrible. Our table had footprints on it so we had to move. My friend had a hair in his potato salad.

Service here leaves something to be desired but the foods okay aside from the brisket. The brisket again leaves something to be desired. Side portions are incredibly small for the price. Otherwise not a bad spot for decent bbq.

I was the only person there. The food was dry. I got the 3 meat combo platter. Pulled pork, ribs and chicken. Very very dry and a whole lot of smoke flavor. The barbecue sauce was on the side which none of the meat had any sauce on them. The coleslaw and beans were very good.

Got the beef sandwich, pork ribs, beans, and link dog. Was during Strawberry Fest so all hands were on deck. I had food less than a minute after ordering. Establishment is very clean, for some reason the doors felt extremely nice and well kept. Pitmaster knew the wood blend he was using. Link was tough, had to cut it. Beans weren’t impressive. Brisket sandwich was better with sauce but solid 8/10. Ribs were 8.75, don’t need sauce, great flavor, could use a little more tenderness. Five stars because even though it wasn’t my favorite BBQ, the folks running shop knew what they were about and I’d be happy to stop by again.

The meat was very tender, paid 40$ for sandwich platter and pulled pork sandwich which came with 2 sides. The potatoe salad and baked beans tasted and looked like they came from Walmart deli. You may just to drive a little further and go to wild horse bbq in Sallisaw.

Tried the place about a year ago & found the food less than 2nd rate & no service after we ordered & paid. My grandson & I were back in stilwell yesterday, hungry, & grandson wanted bbq. I told him of my experience with the only bbq joint in town but we could try it again. Grandson ordered brisket dinner & corn. I ordered a sandwich & corn. Both had water. Almost $49. Grandson had a small pile of chopped brisket & 2 cold dried up ears of corn. I had a sandwich with smoked bologna that was overdone & chewy with a sausage that was far too dry. My corn was also cold, old & overcooked. I tried putting butter on the corn & it didn’t melt & run into the corn as the corn ẃas really cold. We couldn’t eat the $49 garbage & literally had to go up the street to McDonalds for something to eat. Stilwell deserves something far better than what’s being served up at Joe’s.
