Ichi Teriyaki is conveniently close to Trader Joe’s in Federal Way. The restaurant can seat about 32 people max. When you first walk in, you need to head to the front counter and order the food and pay first. There was no greeting, and when ordering a plate of chicken teriyaki from the male server, I had to repeat it a couple of times.

I like the teriyaki from here they serve a good portion size and is yummy. Only thing is that Sometimes you have to wait 20 to 25 mins. I recommend

The food at Ichi Teriyaki has always been good food! I know this for a fact because I and my wife of almost 20-years have been eating there regularly! Thank you for such delicious food and service!

Just came here for the first time, the cashier didn’t even look at us when we were ordering. Didn’t let us know to grab forks for our to go order. Asked my boyfriend to shut the door when we left when he easily could have done it. The teriyaki chicken was not tasty. I hope he finds a job that can make him happy. Service/food was not worth the $30+.

Love the food, absolutely delicious. Chicken teriyaki was flavorful, but not overwhelmingly so. They offer to make anything on the menu spicy and they sure deliver, the spicy chicken variant of the teriyaki was done just right. The sides were great as well, some of the best gyoza I’ve ever had and the chicken katsu was fried to perfection.

The food has always been good. I usually eat in. I got it togo this time because I needed to go someplace. They took my money before I was told it would over 35 minutes. I would have made a different decision on where to eat if I had that info.

Good food, horrible customer service. Rude as it gets, just stares at you when you ask questions, guy seems to hate his job. Wouldn’t let me take six seconds to select my drink, just had a total chirped at me before I could even get my wallet out.

I’ve grown up in The pacific Northwest and have high standards for Teriyaki. I’ve seen the “best place in town” change throughout the years on several occasions, and there’s numerous reasons for this… Simply put, spanning from gig Harbor to south Seattle, this place is currently my number 1 teriyaki spot. It’s amazingly cooked (not burnt at all), very generously portioned, cheap and the salads are delicious . You won’t be disappointed.

Horrible customer service! I think a robot would do a better job. Everyone looks annoyed that you’re even there. It’s funny how every negative comment gets responded with “we changed ownership”. Even if that’s true, the customer service did NOT change. Food was bland. Not worth the time or money.

First time here and food is 2 out of 5 and the guy in the front was rude and doesn’t know how to greet people even though you just spent 60 dollars there. Out of the 5 plates I order, the chicken katsu was the most decent dish. Never ever coming back here. Back to my regular teriyaki place. I only came here because I was so hungry and it was at the store near by. Goodbye to my 60 bucks.
