This ramen was pretty good! I love how many broth options were available and they use thin noodles which I LOVE! The fries have some sort of addicting substance in them, my friends and I couldn’t stop devouring them. I will definitely be back

Came to Okiboru for lunch looking for sushi haha. First thing we tried were the chicken Okiboru buns. They were delicious. Tried the tan tan with extra spicy on the side. Service was amazing and so was food.

Busy restaurant, but Tyler made our experience incredible! He was fast & knowledgeable when we inquired about the menu. This was my 1st time trying ramen & he made amazing recommendations on the Garlic Nori Fries & Truffle Shoyu Ramen based off of my personal tastes. My wife ordered the Paitan Psukemen dipping ramen which was unique & lovely. 100% worth the wait, we’ll be back!

We drove an hour especially to come to this restaurant because of recommendations. Absolutely worth it! Definitely recommend. Cute place for family or a casual date. Andrew, our server, was great at making recommendations. Our table of six loved it all! I had the dipping noodles with chicken. So good!!! And they have delicious cocktails. Definitely returning!!

Family dinner for 3 went off well here. We ordered 3 different ramen bowls and all of them were bang on. The broth was creamy and intense, noodles weren’t overcooked and portion was adequate. Reasons for 4 stars and not 5 are: just 2 slices of pork in each bowl seems light, same for chicken karaage in the ramen we ordered (just 2 small chicken pieces), and additional garlic charged at $1.5 which seems excessive and other reputed ramen chains do not charge this.
Overall a good experience, however plan ahead for waiting time and parking spot availability. Both weren’t something we knew of ahead of time.

Okiboru Ramen lives up to the hype of top class ramen. The first time we tried to dine at this restaurant we had to go back because we did not make it to the line by the closing time. So I would definitely suggest going early. When we went for a afternoon lunch on Sunday, we were able to secure a seat in 20 mins. We order the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and the dipping noodle ramen – Spicy Paitan Tsukumen. Both of them were phenomenal. Would definitely recommend the spicy tonkotsu if you like the kick! We started with Bao Buns which were also great. So many amazing appetizer options but this one does win. Overall great experience and service.

We ordered the EBI Karaage appetizer along with the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Spicy Tori Paitan Ramen, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Tonkotsu has a rich pork broth, while the Tori Paitan comes with a creamy chicken broth—both are perfect for anyone who loves bold, spicy flavors and are a must-try.

The shrimp appetizer was outstanding—honestly, one of the tastiest shrimp dishes I’ve ever had. Even though we walked in just three minutes before the kitchen closed, they still served us wholeheartedly, and the service was amazing. After trying ramen in New York, this is easily the best ramen I’ve had since. Loved every bite, and this was my second visit here—definitely coming back again

Very good ramen. Tried the spicy paitan tsukemen and it was delicious. Cold noodles were a pleasant surprise with a solid texture. Broth is concentrated as is the style, but the spice level was right where it needed to be. Chashu & egg were fantastic. Wasn’t a fan of the potstickers as they weren’t steamed, but crispy. There are a lot of families that come so be prepared for some volume.

1. We only tried their veggie ramen. So this is just a review for their veggie options and their veggie ramen was not that good.
2. They basically have 1 ramen and they have a spicy and non spicy version of the same ramen.
3. Their spicy ramen is incredibly spicy and their non spicy ramen is bland. I would recommend order their non spicy ramen and on the side order some chilli sauce and lemon to make it better.
4. Their ramen topping was poor. They had tofu. And spinach and maybe 2 other toppings at best. Which is kinda bad.
5. But their fries were really good. Unexpectedly good. I would recommend it.
6. Nothing special or noteworthy about their drinks.

Overall an OK restaurant. If you don’t eat meat I wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe their meaty ramen is better?

Came here to eat with some friends. You have to scan a QR code in order to wait in line. Not a fan of that being as a first point of impression. Once sat down, the staff did give a fair amount of time to review the menu that felt reasonable without feeling rushed. The interior looks pretty nice. The food came out hot, the appetizers were good. The spicy tonkosu was great. The food was great. The restroom was fairly clean during my visit. Pretty good spot to eat.
The parking would be the only reason why I would not recommend to eat here as it can be fairly annoying trying to find a spot.
