I had hear of this place. I went I. With low expectations. Being born and raised in NYC I loved going to the best and oldest steakhouses in NYC. I walk in and it had a NYC Steakhouse soul. The service was second to none. My server Micky was perfect, the server assistant Jordan was just a good. The food was phenomenal. This will be my special occasion spot from now on. It was my wife & I anniversary, they sprinkled hearts on the table and gave us dessert on the house. This place if Phenomenal from entrance to exit. I love this place!

Had an excellent experience here. The steakhouse itself was top-tier — perfectly cooked steaks, great flavor, and high-quality sides that really stood out. Everything came out exactly how we ordered it, and you can tell they care about consistency and quality.
What really made the night though was Scotty. His service was outstanding — attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. He made great recommendations and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. You could tell he takes pride in his work, which made the whole experience even better.
Between the food and the service, this place definitely delivers. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for Scotty again. Highly recommend.

Scotty took care of us and he was AMAZING!!! He was quick on his feet and quick with the jokes. He kept the bread and water filled and didnt miss a beat. He smiled our whole service even with us being a walk-in ON VALENTINES! We started with truffle parm fries and crab cakes ; we got them within 5-7 minutes. My husband didnt prefer one of the appetizers we chose and scotty removed it without hesitation. We ordered the tomahawk steak and we were presented with the juiciest steak, beautiful presentation, and 5 absolutely delicious sauces that paired beautifully. We finished our dinner with the chocolate mousse and that might have been the creamiest mousse ive ever had. After finishing, Scotty packaged our food as well as the tomahawk bone for our dog! 10/10 service from Scotty, 10/10 for the runners who accommodated us as well, 10/10 for the crew and staff for making the guests top priority whether its at the table or making your way to the restroom, and 10/10 for Okeechobee Steakhouse for making the atmosphere calm and pleasant on a busy day.

Okeechobee Steakhouse absolutely lived up to the hype and then some. The second we walked in, we knew we were in for a legit steakhouse experience — classic, lively, and smelled like heaven if heaven were made of perfectly cooked steaks and butter.
The food was unreal. Each steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were amazing, and honestly we were already planning what we’re ordering next time before we even finished dinner. Zero regrets… except maybe not wearing stretchy pants.
But the real star of the night was our waiter, Billy the Kid. Billy was elite. Attentive without hovering, hilarious, knowledgeable, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something like a steakhouse ninja. His recommendations were spot on and he made the whole experience feel fun, relaxed, and special. Give that man a raise and possibly his own steak named after him.
10/10 experience, will absolutely be back, and we will definitely be requesting Billy the Kid again. If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for him — your stomach and your mood will thank you.

I’ve been to just about every fine steakhouse in Palm Beach county however despite that i’ve never eaten at Okeechobee steakhouse. This restaurant is very well known among locals and is supposedly the oldest steakhouse in Florida. My family and I decided to go there for my 23rd birthday. Ronnie, our server took care of us for the evening and did a phenomenal job of tending to our needs at the dinner table. I had the porterhouse which comes with a selection of sauces and it was very good and they cut it for you into smaller more manageable pieces which did make it easier to enjoy without a doubt. The dessert selection is extensive and has something for everyone. The Crème brûlée which is my favorite was very good here. After spending the evening here with family and our server Ronnie, I see why this restaurant lives up to the hype. The food was great, the ambiance of the restaurant was my style, and the service was great. Thank you for making my 23rd birthday a memorable one.

Outstanding experience at Okeechobee Steak House! The manager and entire staff were absolutely awesome, friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
My Tomahawk steak was cooked to absolute perfection, hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The flavor, temperature, and presentation were spot on. My wife and cousins also loved their meals and couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was.
