Awesome Sashimi a salad-it looks good but the tuna was fishy-smelling and un-eatable. They need to do a taste test with other people who like tuna Sashimi and I’m sure they won’t like it.
The atmosphere is perfect for conversation, no loud music and tables are well spaced.
We had a wonderful sashimi salad, a sashimi plate (salmon/tuna) ordered 2 rolls. The Hawaiian & The Pink Lady. My husband ordered udon and tempura. The sashimi was very fresh and the rolls were tasty. Miso soup was also served to each of us. We had several refills of hot tea.
We stayed and chatted for a while and never felt rushed. We left full and pleased with our experience.
I had the tripple bento, with teriyaki beef, chicken katsu and tuna nigiri. All were great and served quickly with a lovely miso soup that really hit the spot!
Excellent value for money in this area and a great place to go.
Came for lunch and got the Bento lunch special and I have to say it was pretty mid.
None of the three proteins were bad but nothing that good either. It’s passable yes but I just feel there’s better options around.
For the value it’s ok, make sure you order from a server and not the QR code as well.
The place looked small at first but there is more seating at the back. We ended up chatting for quite a while and didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t see anyone having to wait for a table.
I also recommend their lunch bento specials! Pretty good prices for the portions. I like the 2 Item Bento. This is personally a good portion for me. I love the quality of their salmon here, so I like to order the salmon nigiri. I have also tried the Chicken Katsu and the Saba (Grilled Mackeral) and they’re both decent, but nothing crazy. I’m not a big fan of the miso soup here though.
