Hi, I just drove over 30 minutes to come by, but when I arrived the food truck was already closed. According to Maps, it showed you were open today until 10pm. You might want to update your hours so others don’t run into the same issue. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to try your food next time!

The first impression would be.. clean and attentive.
Parking is rather limited inside, but there is parking available in the street after normal working hours.
“The Menu” is only the burger or a hot dog. What can change in the burger are the sauces, and with the hot dog the actual sausage, regular or spicy.
I had the hot dog with the spicy sausage as it comes… changed nothing. I wanted to try it as suggested, and it was good. It had chopped pieces of bacon, mozzarella cheese, and a few of their house sauces, and it also brought French fries… which are always welcomed.
It is a smaller version of the Barranquilla style italo-hawaiano.
Ambiance is very casual and always good for a quick stop. I will have to try the burger on another occasion to see what is better. I would say that if you are craving un “perrito quillero,” it may be okay… close but no cigar.
Service was attentive and very friendly, always a good thing. Prices are normal, and again, the restaurant looks clean and welcoming.
I will be coming back to try the burger .
