Great ramen and decent price. Order the tonkotsu ramen. The tonkotsu is thick and tender and the ramen portion is good. However, the broth is okay, flavor is fine but not as rich/creamy as I preferred.

Oishii Sushi & Ramen is very clean and tidy. Our food was delicious . We didn’t have to wait long for our order and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I do recommend this location to all. Our dine-in order consisted of Salmon Sushi, Octopus Sushi, Winter Roll, and Dancing Lobster Roll. The Edamame’s were finished by the time this photo was taken. Enjoy!

Really great atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff were super friendly! The salmon avocado and shrimp tempura rolls were ok. The spicy salmon roll was a neon pink I had not seen before and not something I would get again. Decent prices.

This gem on Main Street had some of the best sushi I have had in a while. The salmon roll was a highlight for me. I recommend Oishii over any other sushi restaurant in Newark. The wait staff were courteous and friendly, ensuring I had an everything I needed without being pushy. The lunch special was a great price for what you get.

10/10 The best ramen I’ve ever had!! The cuts of pork are sliced thick and seared ! I went with the Shoyu ramen w/ Takoyaki and my buddy chose the Tonkatsu with spicy tuna roll. The tuna roll was sublime, the ramen is so flavorful! The takoyaki was great but could use a little more filling example, larger squid or corn.

So good! Saw that this was open after anticipating it since April 2020 and it was worth the wait! The sushi was rolled neatly and wasn’t stuffed with rice, and it tasted great. The ramen was also great, didn’t feel greasy. I could easily finish a bowl. The food came out quickly and the service was great. The prices are comparable to other sushi & ramen places in the area. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of people who know about them yet since they’ve just opened. Will definitely be returning!! 🙂
