First time at this location. Shout out to the gentleman who greeted my husband and myself, served us, etc. Asked another employee (female) (who was also super friendly !!) and was told the gentleman’s name was Brad and that he is the GM. Brad had an arm in a sling, but that didn’t stop him one bit! He was awesomely friendly, funny and helpful throughout. My husband is in a wheelchair and Brad was very responsive to that. My husband had a salad, which Brad plated, and I had the Reuben, cuz I always do, and it was amazing! Husband’s salad was very good, as well. Way to go East Bay Deli, Foxbank, and Brad. Great job!

Service was great loved it, however the food was very disappointing I ordered the Italian asked for jalepeno, banana peppers lettuce and mayo extra of each on my sandwich. They upcharged for and i literally got 2 jalepeno pieces and 2 banana peppers slices and one leaf of lettuce! You can’t even make this up. Now my family and I spent $95 with 2 slices of cake. The extra charge for the “extra toppings” was an absolute joke I’ll never return to this establishment it was pathetic to charge for that and I asked for extra. I’ll stick to substation 2 do yourself a favor and try them out they understand what extra mayo Lettuce jalapeño and banana peppers mean they also do not charge extra. Also the kids tenders and fries don’t even get me started it was 2 chicken nuggets and a decent amount of fries. It’s sad they are stingy with portions even when you pay extra for extra. It was maybe worth $40 and that’s being generous, highly disappointed and will never return to east bay deli. They also don’t offer the salad bar at this location. So I unfortunately left hungry what a shame what a shame. Substation 2 for the win. Avoid this rip off at all cost

Food is good. The salad bar is clean and the server is always really nice. My kids love it! They are always patient with them when they ask for stuff on their salad even when the girls get the vegetable name wrong. Love the fact that its affordable with the kids eat free on Tuesdays. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Staff is always inviting and kind.

I always have amazing service and food here. I’ve never had a meal that I didn’t like, but my favorite is the salad bar and the huge baked potatoes. I take my grandchildren to the kids nights on Tuesdays and they always have a great time, especially when they have the activities. Mr. Brad is their favorite, they love him because he always talks to them and jokes with them. All of the staff is wonderful though.

We visited this deli for the first time recently and had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. We were immediately greeted with a “welcome” and a smile from a young man who I later learned was the general manager, I believe his name was Brad. He went over the menu with us and answered all of our questions. I ordered a loaded baked potato, and my husband had a Citadel; both were delicious. There’s also a large and well stocked salad bar that’s available and from what I saw everything looked fresh. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend anyone else stop in and give them a try.

Had dinner with a group of girlfriends at the Moncks Corner EBD and it was delicious. If you have not tried the Stag sandwich yet… You’re missing out. Service was great. Food was hot and delicious.

I walked in on the phone so I didn’t take the time to appreciate the full menu right away. The Citadel was recommended and it certainly didn’t disappoint. It was fantastic. They also have loaded baked potatoes that look amazing and many other choices. I’m not local, but I will make it a point to stop by anytime I’m in the area.

This location is much smaller than most, but the service was phenomenal! I placed a to go order leaving Publix, so got here before it was ready. The staff was so great and kind. Got the food and ate it in my car, it was warm, fresh, and delicious! Will be back to this location!

I work as a Door Dasher and have the occasion to come in and out of multiple locations of EBD, I enjoy that the atmosphere is not loud and rowdy, there is always a fair crowd in most locations, the staff is friendly and they have plentiful menu options, today I tried the Carolina Sandwich with a side of Broccoli Salad, Very Good. The young lady who took my order was very kind and helpful, the lady who delivered my order was pleasant and she came to take away my basket once I had finished. I also like the salad bar as they have plenty of tasty options there. The decor is also interesting and seems well thought out a nice touch of nostalgic history and modern look as well. I really have no complaints and hope they EBD is around for many years to come and I am grateful and beyond much appreciative that they also do not have long wait times when they give me a Door Dash order.
