I got takeout last night. The sushi was good. But the steak… it was buttery, good char, and medium rare- absolutely delicious and a pleasant surprise. I’ll be back for that steak. The staff were very pleasant, and I like the name.

I believe they are the same owners as Red Lantern in Falling Waters. Regardless, they are friendly, efficient, consistent and fair. They offer lunch menus, party platters and take out. Have never had an issue here with quality or service. Go support local.

This is a very casual, no-frills sushi and Asian fusion joint.
Portions were large, reasonably priced, but quality of fish was not impressive. Nice plates & plating but nothing in the way of garnish to take it up another notch. Wait on our food was long (only one sushi chef for the restaurant and take-out orders).
The “Maryland roll” was the highlight, with the blue crab therein being a stand-out for flavor and freshness. Definitely try it.
Staff were gracious, but left much up to the guest. No sushi menu. No recommendations or talking up of specials and what’s fresh.
A few tweaks and this place could be a 4-star spot for lunch and casual dinner.

Great sushi for such a small town. Was driving thru and glad I stopped. Crab Rangoon could use some more filling. Tap water was gross. Sushi was tasty and they customized my order without hesitation. Fast service and food delivery. Would stop again.

I get take out from here all of the time, but today I had some extra time and got a chance to sit in. The food is absolutely incredible, though this I knew, however the establishment itself is very comforting to sit in. The two individuals who I presume own this restaurant work quickly, efficiently, and are incredibly kind. I hope I get the chance to sit in again!

Really yummy food & reasonably priced. We went for Lunch & enjoyed Miso soup(with seaweed & tofu in it),Several different kinds of Sushi(Spicy Crab Tempera,Tiger roll & Spicy shrimp). Also I got the salmon hibachi lunch portion & Wifey got the Shimp Udon….all of it was soooo good!& I so loved the music they played.Also you can watch them make the Sushi in front of you!

Omg! This place Rocks! They have great sushi and Hibachi! The servings are huge and the flavor of the food is Amazing! They have great specials and the prices are comparable! Parking is perfect! The Yum yum sauce is YUMMY! I got the Chicken and shrimp hibachi with fried rice! Which was fantastic! The fried rice was Awesome!

This is my go-to place for sushi. It’s well worth the drive from Frederick County for me. I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve visited. The staff is friendly, the service quick, and the food fresh and delicious. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and family.
