Neat Ramen and Poke in Parma area. Ordered Tonkotsu ramen, a poke bowl, and vegetable gyoza. Everything tasted fresh and made to order except the gyoza which tasted soggy probably from being frozen. Atmosphere was comfy with a decent sized dining area and bright lit white theme decor. Cashier’s service was top notch, very nice young lady. Ramen noodles were tasty and chewy with a good mix of toppings. Poke bowl came with purple rice which was something new. Tasted good though. Also got a Tiger Sugar bubble tea which was not half bad. Tapioca was chewy and tasty. A little on the expensive side as every came out to about $50 for two meals, an appetizer, and two drinks. Well worth though if you’re craving ramen in the general Parma area. Will likely be coming back.

This was my first time trying ramen and I was really shocked to read the comments regarding blandness and lack of flavor. I ordered the spicy miso ramen via Uber eats and thought it was delicious! They packaged the noodles and toppings to be separate from the broth and I tried it without the broth first and thought everything tasted great. The spicy broth was also very good spice level wise and all the elements were delicious together. Maybe the noodles were a little mushy but I personally don’t mind that. I also got their pulled pork buns and they’re so good! The meat was tender, sauce was tasty, and the fresh cilantro and jalapenos were the cherry on top. Overall I thought this was really delicious for my first time getting ramen! Thank you, Oishi, I’ll be coming back.

Love Oishi. Always have great service and very quick compared to many places i’ve gone to. Confused on the multiple reviews about Poke bowl ordering, as the staff always ask whether I want to build my bowl down the line or not. To those complaining, you have to consider it takes time to build your bowl with them and they may have other orders or things to tend to before you first. It’s common sense that ordering at the register is quicker for them. If you really want to build it with them, if you simply ask they will likely say yes. Anyways, great ramen, dim sum, and pretty authentic food in general considering the location, and definitely have the best boba i’ve tried in the Cleveland area so far. The only time i’ve had an issue with my order, I was given a replacement without hesitation and they were apologetic and caring. The drinks are fresh and not 80% ice like many places, and have the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor in my opinion. Great go-to place for a quick lunch, dinner, snack, or boba fix!

I normally love Oishi. The 3-4 other times I’ve been this year I have had no issues. They must be making a lot of changes because they’re no longer open later, and they removed the pork only soup dumplings from the menu. I ordered the thin noodles with beef, only to find out it’s extremely spicy. Nothing on the menu indicated it being spicy. I couldn’t even get one bite down, it’s that hot. As much as I love this place, I might have to find somewhere else to get my dumplings and noodles.
EDIT: Thanks to the owner for responding. I am confused though why you’d not have the pork soup dumplings because it was out of stock yet I was able to order the shrimp and pork soup dumplings?

Sssooo good and yummy! Noodles cooked perfectly. We had the thin noodles with meat sauce, steamed pork buns, vegetable Ramen & shrimp pokie bowl. Everything was delicious! Good Vibes inside aswell and friendly staff. Highly recommend

They have new items on the menu. Steamed pork buns are great, same as pan-fried pork buns and dumplings. Noodles with meat sauce are very tasty, and it goes great with chili sauce.

Found this restaurant on TikTok, so I came to check it out. I was pleasantly surprises by the new menu items, not like those you can get it from supermarket, it’s very authentic. Soup dumpling are great. The steamed buns are definitely worth a try. Thin noodle with meat sauce are also very tasty . Will come back again with my family.

I ordered takeout and was very disappointed. The tea was so sweet that it was impossible to drink. The noodles with meat sauce had a terrible smell, like wet rags, making the dish inedible. I hope you pay more attention to the quality of your drinks and the freshness of your ingredients.

I don’t have a pic, but I’ve tried their spicy miso ramen before and it was delicious!! Lots of yummy flavors. Today I tried their spring rolls and tempura shrimp. The sauce they give you to dip them in is soooo good! Friendly cashier also! I didn’t catch her name though:/
