Went here on a Monday night. It was completely empty. We were seated and given our menu. It took really long for them to come back to table to get our order. I got the seafood broth it was bland I had to add a lot of seasoning and sauce to it. My boyfriend had the hot and spicy broth it was delicious just very obviously oil based. The meat , seafood , and veggies were very fresh and delicious. Drinks are not included. $2 for a can soda. They do offer fruit and ice cream in the price. And they add their tip in even for small parties

I’ve been coming to this spot for over a year. I have never had any issues. I love their bone broth, and their vegetables are always fresh. The service is good and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are ok and taken care of.

I like this spot because most times it is quiet and peaceful place to enjoy hotpot. On the occasional night it may get busy or they may have an event in the back. Either way I always enjoy my visit.

A very affordable and nice hot pot/KBBQ experience in the northeast! It’s well decorated, has great ambience and some of the ingredients are excellent quality. Some of the ingredients aren’t as great though (I recommend staying away from the sausage and spam). The LA Galbi (bulgogi) and lamb were excellent though. Service was really nice, but I strongly recommend taking a picture of the ingredients you order before giving it to your server, they definitely missed a few items we put in. Overall, I had a great time and recommend this for experienced hot pot goers who want an affordable experience in the NE.

This was our first time trying hot pot and Korean barbecue and it was such a nice experience! The food was amazing, our server was very helpful with how everything worked and how long to certain meats and there was no wait time. The atmosphere is very cozy and my husband and I had a very nice date! Next time we’re in Philly we’ll definitely visit and highly recommend for other couples!

Good broth for hot pot, boiling hot, lot of food, great service.
The broth is a bone broth that’s seasoned and brewed for 6+ hours, so there’s good flavor when you cook the meat, seafood, and vegetables into it. The food is filling but not too heavy, don’t need to add a starchy side dish like rice or noodles unless you want to. For the hot pot experience and qualify of food, honestly I can’t complain. Takes a bit to heat up but it boils fast in the end, and when prepping hot pot with friends, it’ll cost nearly as much and be more cleanup and time gathering ingredients if you don’t do it efficiently. There is a decent assortment of dipping sauces.

Maybe the only criticism would be to add a few more dipping sauces with less salt, like a different hot oil, but I like sesame and garlic and herbs, so I was pretty satisfied. Fruit for dessert was good as well.

A suggestion to the owners would be to show new people the Menu first, because there are a lot of different items to choose from. I think people will be more excited if they see the menu before the checklist for what to choose, and maybe even order things to go afterwards.

This place was amazing!! My girlfriend and I went here for Valentine’s Day dinner and they gave away a beautiful bouquet of roses to one lucky table. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We will be back!

If you remember a quaint sushi restaurant being around here, that’s because it was. Coconut Chicken took over Tokyo Medallion and renovated it into this place. Which, I got to say, it looks gorgeous inside. Although, that’s about it, maybe it was the fact the business wasn’t ready for the large volume at grand opening, but a lot of people were forced to share tables with other strangers. No one wants to sit together in general, but also meals and orders got mixed up often. Also, no one wanted to get up and get what they needed, for example sauces are off to the side on another island, and inconvenience other people who were also trying to have a meal because a business couldn’t host a grand opening properly. If you advertise for a large scale event be prepared to let customers know they have a wait time. There were only about two servers that actually cared about our table, but the people we had to share with were visibly unhappy. They made nice with us because it wasn’t our fault since it was our table first. If you leave more than 12 ounces of food, you are going to be charged with a $21.95 fee, but because of how poor the service was on grand opening day, I would have said something if we were charged with that. It’s not okay. The food was okay, my stomach started to hurt from something I ate, but it could have just been not cooked fully. Aka you cook everything yourself here, you just choose what you want to cook. I was entirely uncomfortable sitting at the table, not just because we had to share, but the seats weren’t even comfy to begin with. I have very long legs and I felt like there was absolutely no leg room for them. The seating and tables should be changed as soon as possible, I recommend. Also, get a hostess/host who understands wait times and reservations. Customers should know you can only be there for 2 hours, but because of how poor the service was today we were there for much longer because it took almost an hour before any food came our way and then our order kept going missing. I’m pretty sure the hot tea isn’t free like at most Asian restaurants they come free like water. It’s already $25 a person to eat all you can eat for only two hours. I think I was being kind and generous about my three star. It has room for a lot of improvement, and because it’s still new it’s a possibility. Remember, playing it safe is better because word of mouth gets around. The one thing I will admit I do like about this place, is the design of the logo. It’s so cute! The name of the place doesn’t sound like they were going for a restaurant, they sound more like they’re trying to tell you what’s on the menu.
