My son treated me to this awesome food truck in Dixon, IL!
I got a shrimp and steak combo meal that I believe was $15, and he got a different combo meal. They were both delicious, however, the next time I go back I will just get the shrimp as the protein by itself! They were large, seasoned well, and cooked perfectly!!!

I got the chicken Hibachi and California Sushi and they were delicious. I like the beef Hibachi and the chicken Sushi as well I will probably try the whole menu eventually . Almost forgot about the Crab rangoon, they definitely know how to make it, vary taste. Also they have this sweet tea sorry I drank all of it on the way home so your getting a picture of an empty bottle.

I’ve driven past here so many times and I’ve always been curious about their food. I finally stopped and ordered the best food that I’ve had in months!! The woman who took my order (Shandy, I think) was so pleasant and accommodating. I had a few questions and she answered them without any problem. My food was so fresh, the portion was very generous (I actually got 3 meals out of it) and it was absolutely delicious!! My chicken and fried rice was cooked to perfection. My mixed vegetables were steamed just the way that I like them. The spring rolls with the Yum Yum sauce were the perfect pairing to my entree. If you’re looking for a fresh, delicious hibachi meal, don’t look anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed if you order from here. It was totally worth every penny.

I avoided stopping for a while because I wasn’t sure about sushi out of a food truck but I finally gave in. No regrets, the shrimp tempira and krusty krab rolls are phenomenal. Finished up with the steak and chicken while simple is properly seasoned and it’s obvious why it’s a popular item.
Extra kudos, I ordered ahead and it was done on time. From my personal experience this just isn’t common anymore.

The Krusty krab roll was thick and delicious! The chicken tempura was also very good but just needed a little more sauce. Definitely a 15/10, don’t miss out on Oishi Hibachi Express! It is a must-find food truck

Tried this for the first time tonight. Definitely will be back. The avocado roll actually came with pickled ginger and wasabi, unusual for our little town. The hibachi chicken was tender and well flavored. The veggies still had a bit of crunch. The fried rice wasn’t my favorite ever, but it was fine. Husband had steak and chicken. Loved the chicken more than the steak. The young lady at the window was pleasant and helpful. Cook time from ordering was only about 10 minutes and they had a steady stream of customers. Don’t miss the yum-yum sauce, it was delicious!
