An order was placed for delivery and we were told that it would be approximately 45-60mins. After no delivery in a 90 minutes timeframe we contacted the shop and were told it was on its way. After 2 hours we contacted the delivery service and the shop to ask about the delivery. Instead of handling the issue responsibly, they stopped answering the phone for our calls, and calls from the delivery company, and they closed the shop 2 hours early to avoid the issue. The order never arrived.

They increased their prices and reduced their portion sizes. For example, the stuffed shells dinner now comes with just four shells. And they now have the nerve to charge you for a small piece of bread, when for decades it was included with the meal.

I wish I could give these people a zero! My wings were raw! And the pizza tasted like soap! And I did not have extra cheese, which I ordered! It was the worst food I thought I was ordering from the OIP in Montoursville. The oip in South Williamsport was absolutely horrific! I will not be eating from there ever again!!

Overpriced. They brought out my lasagna and it was cold in the middle and then gave me a new one which was mostly cheese. I certainly didn’t get my money’s worth. You upgrade for a salad and bread and The salad was just lettuce and tomato. That’s not a salad! I am not going back

I always enjoy our family pizza nights from OIP. Huge fan of their salads & breads, too. I don’t think we’ve ever gotten anything from here that we don’t like!
