Honestly this was my favorite and I would eat here several times a year spending over 100$. Bringing friends, family and sharing this place with others as a recommendation. I used to come here every year for my birthday meal to celebrate my birthday.

We went there last night as a family. The food has really gone down hill. The atmosphere was dead since it was a Sunday evening. But right before we got our food served a roach about an inch long popped out and was crawling on the wall near our booth. It was really gross and uncomfortable at that point. It was so late we couldn’t leave and go eat elsewhere. They let us move seats and I had to pretty much request a refund.

The food used to be the best here and now the LA galbi which is almost $40! Crazy price for the amount of food you get for that. We barely got any meat at all with that dish and there was like no meat on the bones either. Not to mention they probably have that roach issue, the rest of our food quality went down too the bulgolgi fries, the edamame was cold, our noodles were not great and they claimed to be out of Katsu. I’m so disappointed this place used to be affordable and delicious now it’s got roaches and the food is way over priced for how downhill the quality has gone. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend to anyone either.

A combo Japanese/sushi and Korean place with a Korean BBQ option. The Korean options somewhat limited (no japchae) but an excellent Korean lunch combo and the ban chan was very good. Had bulgolgi and tofu soup combo and couldn’t finish it.

Fantastic little place. This has become a feast regular choice for us. Love the ra bokk e and the Dduk Bokk E. They have tongue which is also a family favorite. The dumpling soup is very tasty as well!

Ordered 3 rolls via the online ordering because THEY DONT TAKE TO GO ORDERS OVER THE PHONE. Didn’t even receive the ONE roll I really wanted (spicy crab). Not to mention I put in an order note about my cucumber allergy, which they completely ignored. Will not be returning if they can’t get a 3-roll order correct on a lunch hour.

If you’re craving beautifully crafted sushi and Asian fusion done right, this place absolutely delivers. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and the presentation is something to admire before you even take that first bite. Whether you’re sitting at the sushi bar, enjoying a meal on the dining side, or grabbing a drink at the bar, the vibe strikes the perfect balance of lively and comfortable.
The menu goes well beyond sushi — think teppan grill, yakitori, Korean BBQ influences, and creative fusion options that never feel gimmicky. Everything I’ve tried has been flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The full bar and TVs add a fun, relaxed energy without it ever feeling chaotic. Service is friendly, and the overall experience keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend for sushi lovers and anyone who appreciates fresh, well-executed Asian fusion.

The food came out very quick! Large portion sizes. Very hot and fresh. Sushi was great. Price point is good. I took off a star for service – we had fast service and multiple waiters. Drinks never went empty….but… out of the 4 serves we had one had a real attitude towards being at work it seemed. She also never spoke to me, just my husband. And rushed us! Wild. The other servers were pleasant and friendly. (She was wearing a blue long sleeve and jeans I think her name was Cindy?) July 12 2025 845 pm. Her tune instantly changed when she saw I was reviewing.
Restaurant was clean. Atmosphere is great. Happy hour pricing is nice. It’s worth coming back to do the Korean BBQ. Menu also has a large selection.

I’m eating while I write this review because I couldn’t wait to do it when I got home! Upon arriving we were greeted and sat. My partner and I decided to do the grill option tonight. There are multiple options at the end of the menu to do combos, and that’s what we did. We chose the small option which is feeding us both pretty well (says it feeds 2), in reality it could probably feed 3! It comes with enough meat, appetizers, and you can even pick a soup along with a dessert. The music is such a vibe, our waiter is attentive, and so far so good. Love it here! Definitely our new Korean BBQ spot.

Also the Korean fried chicken was BUSSIN, trust me, GET IT!!

Update: made it home and my review still stands! There was one mix up with the soju and sake , but they were upfront and honest about it so I wasn’t upset by any means. They still provided me with my correct order (the soju). They made this Monday night feel like a Saturday and I appreciate that so much since many people don’t have Saturdays off.

Did I mention they have karaoke?! WE ARE DEFINITELY coming back with a party to sing!! Thanks Ohya!!

(This was also my partner and I’s date night/anniversary)

The food was good. The service was not. We waited for a while to be served. When the wait staff was taking our drink order. He took it for 2 of us and the rest of the party of seven had to wait for them to come back. Then while taking orders the 2nd time started doing the same thing we had to stop him and say “Hey we have 2 more that needs to order.”
I will come back because the food was good. Hopefully service will be better.

I was apprehensive visiting, because I am not a fan of sushi. I was highly impressed with the variety of menu items. We split 3 outstanding appetizers rather than order a meal. It was tasty! The server was kind and engaging. We were going to go for dessert too, but we were full. We even brought leftovers home! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We stayed awhile for chit chat. It has ample seating.
