I usually love stopping at small-town bars like this, but the timing didn’t work out today. I arrived at 1:12 PM hoping for lunch, only to find the kitchen had closed at 1:00 PM. It was a bit tough to see fresh food being delivered to the table next to me while being told no, especially since many local spots are usually happy to whip something simple up to keep a customer around. I stayed for one beer and moved on. Seems like a nice enough place, just make sure you get here well before the cutoff if you’re hungry!

They have your typical fried foods on the menu, which were cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic, and both the cook and bartender were wonderful to talk with. We will definitely make the trip back!

This was a wonderful place to eat at. The atmosphere was terrific, staff were extremely friendly, and the salad bar well stocked with great tasting food. My only complaint is my burger could’ve been a little more done, but I’m kinda picky on that. Thanks, and we will return if we are up that way again!
