Very nice staff and good food. Going here is a tradition for me when I visit family. I frequently get a basic breakfast-y meal: Two eggs, potatoes, toast, and bacon. For the price, it’s pretty solid, but I mostly go here because of the tradition.

A great diner place to visit. It has the charm of a family owned diner. The owner is attentive and very kind. I came in New Year’s Day not knowing about their buffet and having already placed the order for something else. But the owner noticed that and was kind enough to ask me if I want to change my order. Also on another occasion I came 10 minutes after 11 but they still served their breakfast menu to us.
Had the peach melba pancake : not too sweet but has the correct balance. Breakfast scrambler is perfect if you want to try a range of things. The Spanish omlette is a great variety that you don’t find in other diner(wish they could come up with an omelette with green chili in it (indian omlette). Not for the faint of heart). Kind of puzzled by their sour dough French toast. The biscuits were not so dense as we find everywhere. It was light and fluffy. The gravy and chipped beef was perfect.

The philly cheesesteak met ALL of my ctiteria for a perfect cheesesteak. First, that ROLL better be soft like this one is. Then, LOTS of meat and MELTED cheese, with all my favorite toppings, served hot with lots of FLAVOR. Check out the pics I took.

Restaurant & ladies room is very clean. Greeted with a smile by host & server Tabby. Very accommodating with my special order grilled chicken salad. Received it promptly & as requested. Lettuce was fresh & crisp, chicken cooked properly, not over or under done. Tabby kept my hot coffee coming.

I like O’Grady’s. Good diner style food. Nice soup and salad bar with several bread choices. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Recently had the chicken pot pie served piping hot and loaded with chicken. Don’t forget to try the weekend breakfast buffet.

So, if the breakfast buffet is available until 1pm, it should be nicely stocked until 1pm. I got to O’Grady’s with my family around 12:30pm and ordered the breakfast buffet. Half an hour should be okay to have a nice meal. The eggs were crumbled, only two eggs benedict (no more were added), pierogies were gone then only 5-6 put out. It was a mediocre breakfast for $17. Just not worth it. Most of the patrons have always been seniors. How does a senior citizen on retirement monies afford a $17 breakfast? It’s insane and not worth it. I was disappointed. As a side note, extend the breakfast buffet, make it an all day thing. People love breakfast at any time of the day. But, provide a nice, inviting, edible buffet &/or lower that crazy price.

The food was terrible and my husband and I are not picky. The chicken croquettes were terrible and I’ve never had mashed potatoes that gross. Pretty sure it was canned gravy (disgusting). My husband had meat loaf and it wasn’t very good. I’d advise to pay more and eat somewhere else.

Our first visit. Our waitress, Bambi, was fantastic. She made sure we knew about the soup and salad bar and answered all our questions about the menu. The salad bar had a lot of variety and the soup choices were varied so anyone would find one to enjoy. The food was excellent and the portions were large enough to need a box to take leftovers home. We were too full to try one of the yummy looking desserts. During our meal the manager chatted with us and made sure everything was okay.
We felt like we were back in a 1960s diner where the food is great and the service is friendly. We will definitely stop again when we are in the area. Next time we’ll save room for dessert!
