This is my local McDonald’s but every single time I come here, there is no one staffed at the front desk. There are lines of people with their mobile orders ready and walk ins that have been waiting for over 10 minutes.
The food is fine, the service and staffing here is beyond poor. The managers need to do better staffing or random workers who aren’t in the front should be more helpful, they just don’t acknowledge that you’re there.

had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. To be clear, the cashier a young lady was polite and respectful. However, the manager (who I believe was on the headset) was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude.
Instead of being polite and professional, the manager spoke in a disrespectful tone and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, especially from someone in a management position.
Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers are treated with the courtesy they deserve.

Been in the drive through since since 0430 when they open. After several cars backed out of the line behind me I pulled forward to the window at 445. Told pull to the next window. Then rude service. Pay a premium so they can be $20 an hour

I bought a set meal, but the service staff forgot to give me the fish burger. When I was having my meal, I found there was no ketchup, so I had to look for the waiter again. This waiter was very impatient and even abused me. I have no idea why. I wanted to complain but had no way to do so.

Food was cold. The AC was on so high and the manager said they couldn’t do anything about it. With no counter service nearly impossible to get napkins which weren’t on our tray. No refills. No napkins. No heat. No service. If all McDonald’s were like this, I would stop going altogether.

when you first walk in, ITS SO MESSY. PAPER SHREDS EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOOR. service was so bad they gave me the wrong mcflurry AND they didn’t let me keep the other one. i think it’s a lame excuse for them to have a free mc flurry on their shift. THEY DIDNT EVEN MIX UP MY MC FLURRY. AND GUYS take a look at these fries and tell me if i should call a health inspector. Potatoes so raw I can still hear it mooing. No assistance at the drive thru after waiting five minutes. Asked for a deluxe quarter pounder with no pickles and no cheese and ended up with no onions and a little mayo on top of that request. Person working drive thru was rude as well. Terrible location. Recommend other McDonald’s locations instead. Never coming back to this one and I suggest others do not either unless you want an incorrect order and trash service.

Nice McDonald’s for pit stop get morning commute coffee or stopping to eat before going to Disneyland or Knotts. Burgers hot and tasty. Place is really clean and cashier friendly. Restroom clean. Well lit safe parking lot.
