From fresh juice and homemade kombucha mock cocktails, to Mai Tai making classes and bitters made in-house with herbs from Kuilima Farm. Where cocktails are made with fresh fruit and spirits as local as we can get and real Mai Tais are mixed up with housemade orgeat syrup. Where Kama’aina and visitors gather as friends for engaging live entertainment and the best tequila and rum cocktails on the island. As we say, Le’a ke kau ‘ai, the time for food is pleasing.
