My wife and I were on vacation and wanted some good Soul food. This is not the place. While we were looking at the menu, we were informed that they ran out of chicken, turkey and collard greens. So the only choice of meats left were pulled pork or pork ribs. Had we not been pork eaters this would have been a blank trip. We ordered the family rib meal (slab of ribs, fries and mac and cheese), over priced at almost $80. When we returned to our hotel, we realized that they didn’t give us the fries, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. When we finally sat down to eat it was very disappointing. The ribs didn’t have any seasoning, tasted as if they cooked them plain and just added bbq sauce. The fries were also mediocre. The mac and cheese was awesome and also the best part about the meal. We threw the ribs and fries in the garbage. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and will not waste my money there again. I hope West Palm Beach has better options.

Thank you Mr. Spann for turning our bad experience into a great one! You replaced the family rib dinner and even threw in a large plate of chicken. The ribs and chicken were juicy and seasoned to perfection. The collard greens and mac & cheese were off the chain as well. We were even more impressed when we learned that you personally prepared the meal. The level of professionalism exhibited by you, your family and your staff was very refreshing. 5 out of 5!!!

Came to Off Tha Bone for some good soul food. This establishment DID NOT MISS!!! I ordered smothered turkey wings and meat loaf. The sides were collard greens and Mac and cheese and for the other plate it was pigeon peas and rice. The food was incredibly delicious and made with the main ingredient soul food requires: love. Definitely coming back

Clean, welcoming, organize. I ordered a few lunch specials. They were nicely portioned. The ribs definitely holds the name of the company. They literally fall off the bone. So tender. I did the twist sauce so good and with the fries. I couldn’t stop eating them. I tried the BBQ chicken tender, seasoned well with or without sauce. I tried a few sides, Mac and cheese, it was ok, had a weird taste to it, but it looked very good. I thought it was me, but I order food for someone else and they called me saying the same. But hey don’t take my word for it. Try it yourself. Bake beans are good, greens were good just a little salty. Which can happen. Each lunch special came with a canned soda which is awesome. Customer service was very nice and professional. She was very helpful with selections. We’ll definitely go back. I like this location. It’s easier to get in and out.

Mariah treated my girlfriend, my mom and I soo great on this fine Sunday afternoon. She was super patient with us. Atmosphere was great. Food was great. Drinks were great. 10 out of 10, will come back again. We’re from out of town and we felt like locals coming here. Thanks Off Tha Bone!

We were on a road trip down to Miami and stopped by this eatery to recharge. Glad we did because the ribs were so good and so was the smoked chicken! We had it with the Twist sauce which was sweet and tangy. Make sure you go to this venue (4065 Haverhill Road Ste B1 West Palm Beach, FL 33411) if you want a place with seating. The other location is takeaway only.

They ain’t neva lied about these ribs falling off the bone! They were perfectly cooked and tender. Great portion sizes and amazing flavor! Got the rib dinner for about $20 and a Large sweet tea for $5. HUGE cup btw Customer service is amazing. Everyone is so nice! 100% worth it if you ask me. If you’re on the fence to try, trust me and try it! My husband and I loved it

We spent $80 for three dinner plates, let me just say this. Chicken isn’t pink when slow cooked(maybe microwaved it is), collard greens has zero flavor, Mac and cheese looked like old thanksgiving Mac n cheese, let’s not start with the cornbread(hard with no taste) and burnt. These ribs didn’t fall off any bone, nothing was served hot nor fresh. More so leftover and microwave warm! Only thing good was the TEA! To the young girl who sat there and said she eats this daily and the meat is slow cooked and is pink, you need to attend a culinary school because this was definitely a shame.
