Our visit was truly delightful. We enjoyed a seafood combo along with raw oysters as an appetizer, all of exceptional freshness and quality. The service was outstanding, attentive and accommodating to every request.
The drinks were beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere was elegant, calm, and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a relaxed dining experience. Without a doubt, a place we highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

This was my first time coming here and went yesterday. I ordered the MYO combo and got the 1/2 shrimp head off combo. Server was very friendly. When I ate it later for dinner, I realized that it was only one piece of corn and potato inside the bag and it was too late for me to call the store since the store was already closed. Also I received the shrimp head on instead of shrimp head off. I wish I got what I paid for but other than that it tasted fine.

I come here regularly, but today’s experience may change that for a while. They recently implemented a policy requiring customers to pay over the phone before they will even place a pre-order pickup. I understand their reasoning about too many no-shows, but that shouldn’t fall on customers who consistently show up. I was told they wouldn’t take my order unless I gave my debit card information over the phone, and that’s not something I’m comfortable doing these days. I have no problem paying in person where I can run my card myself, but because of this new policy, this once-regular customer will be taking a break.

She helped me navigate the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time.
Nijah didn’t just do her job—she went above and beyond. Her energy, her patience, and her genuine kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. And the shrimp I ordered? Perfect. Cooked just right, seasoned perfectly, and served with care.
I’ve eaten at a lot of places, but service like this is rare. OD Crab House is lucky to have her. If you want amazing food and amazing service, go see Nijah. She made my whole visit 10/10.

Our Server Araya was Great! She was incredibly attentive! The crab was really nice and sweet. It’s a little pricey. But my house salad was the bomb. Lots of room in this restaurant to stretch out and crack shells! By the time we left, tables were filling up, on a Wednesday! Wish we had one of these, in South Jersey.

When our daughter comes home from California there are a handful of “Savannah” things that are requirements, one being LOW COUNTRY BOIL! We are as a family for the first time in 9 months and it was FANTASTIC! Ms. Tamika was absolutely phenomenal. We all enjoyed chatting with her so much! I highly highly highly recommend this restaurant….and Ms. Tamika is a large part of that recommendation. Thank you!!!

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Drove an hour and a half to get my wife seafood for Valentine’s Day. Sat in here for 35 minutes before we were even given our drinks and they were given in paper cups(only ones in restaurant without glasses). For $49 per adult. Not including drinks. Etc., there’s nothing they could bring out to eat that would make this experience worth it. I was already searching nearby restaurants when they brought the drinks! The little Asian guy waiter is absolutely horrible!!

When I tell you, I love this place truly the best seafood in Savannah the food is always fresh in. The customer. Service is always excellent. I come here at least once a week lol me and my eight-year-old daughter love it here and my mom.
