I don’t usually write reviews, but I think it’s important to point out areas that could be improved.
I visit this restaurant often and usually buy chicken soup several times a month because the food in general is good. However, today I had a bad experience. My soup was not properly sealed and was placed in a bag that didn’t help keep it stable. When I put it in my car, the container opened and spilled completely, making a mess inside my vehicle.
I called to explain what happened and was asked to return. I went back, paid for another soup, and mentioned that more care should be taken when sealing containers, especially with hot soups. What bothered me the most was that I didn’t receive even a simple apology.
I wasn’t expecting anything for free, just a bit of empathy and better customer service. The food is good, but the service and friendliness definitely need improvement.

Ate here with my husband who has been coming for a few years and loves it. I got a steak bowl with yellow sauce and guacamole. The steak was seasoned well and very delicious. Generous portion for the price. The horchata was tasty. Lots of flavor and not too sweet. I look forward to coming back and trying more!

I was on press by the food at this place, the yuca wasn’t good at all. Their green sauce was nice. The chicken was OK the place looked dirty had all kinds of vegetables and stuff like that kind of like a wannabe Sardy, which I don’t like either. I won’t be coming back. I lived in Northern Virginia for 25 years and, we just can’t touch the chicken in there.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the skin was crispy. The green sauce was spicy and tasty. Overall, a very delicious meal. We hope to come back again during our next visit to Annapolis.

I usually like this place and their food. HOWEVER … wow, was I disappointed when I ordered a Garden Salad with Shrimp. The salad was around $11 and the shrimp tacked on almost $10. I got a couple slices of tomatoes, a bit of red onion, some cukes … and four … JUST FOUR of some of the smallest shrimp I have ever seen. Worse…they smelled like fish, so I ended up not eating them or most of the salad. It was a rip-off. I’ve been there before and gotten their chicken and usually great food, usually great portions. But this was just bad.

Driven past a 199 times and never knew about it’s existence. There is buffet style and ordered food. A large plate with meat, veggies, starch and a topping was $12.50? It was tasty and filling. Tried to do a mile after I was finished and just felt heavy. What I remember most is a couple of teenaged boys where dining in, most likely after a practice. How smart to get a home-styled meal for cheap. Hope the restaurant is doing well because it was empty and located in an awkward place

This is a great place to get a quick bite. You can feed a whole family for about 25 bucks. The sides are as good as the entrees and the entrees are amazing. The chicken is the best rotisserie in the area and you gotta have that sauce. The workers are so happy to serve you. Limas is awesome!

The fact that this place doesn’t have at least 4.5 stars is criminal. The quantity and quality of the food that you get for the price is unbeatable. It’s cheaper than a fast food meal, and the food has more flavor and substance than most full service restaurants. The people working there are polite and respectful. Yea the atmosphere is mid, but come on, what more do you want? If you take this place for what it is you get something truly special. Amazing food and great service at an excellent price.
