I do not recommend this place! It took 45 minutes to get our food at lunch, we all had to go back to work and could not even eat it before we had to leave! The pizza was doughy the bread on the sandwich was barely grilled, The Rubens were about the quality of Carl budding‘s! Corned beef! SOOO BAD!!!
A full report on the burgers, I was told they were really, really good!
The servers were working their butts off! I don’t know if management didn’t staff enough or what it was but they were overworked and no excuse for the kitchen taking that long to get the orders out!! Next time, I’ll get carry out somewhere! This lunch turned into a carryout experience! -F

I was looking for something different to have for lunch and stopped in for lunch. We were able to choose our own seats whi h i really liked. We got a booth whi h was nice and private. Our wait staff helped us right away and checked on us several times. We ordered the Reuben egg rolls and the roast beef hot shot to share. The rolls came out first as expected and were very hot. The outside wrapper was crunchy and crisp. The inside was loaded with Meat and kraft. The thousand island dipping sauce was the perfect match. These tasted very good. Top shelf appetizer. The hot came out next with two plates. They are generous with the beef. I couldn’t tell if the potatoes were homemade or not. Good flavor on the beef but a little artificial taste on the gravy. It was just ok. I was a little disappointed. I really wanted it to be great with all that roast beef. I will come back and get the rolls again and probably try the fish and chips.

There was a mishap with Christmas dinner resulting in us having to find somewhere to go! O Conners welcomed us in with open arms. Words cant describe the wonderful experience they provided our party of 11. They gave us the party room in the back and allowed 5 of our children to play on stage. They turned the lights on for the kiddos and they had the time of their life.!!! Many many many videos, laughs, great food, and an awesome experience. The least I could do is give you guys a shoutout. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable Christmas night. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years

One of the best dinners I’ve had in Springfield in a while. Atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, timing of drinks to order to appetizer to dinner was spot-on. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. Server was perfect. Priced just right. 10 stars!

This is an absolutely incredible place, the owner, the bartenders, all amazing people. The food was great and Leah was amazing never flawed and provided spectacular service the whole time!!! The Reuben was an 8 out of 10, keep in mind I have literally eaten and reviewed hundreds of Reubens!!! The fried mushrooms were like nothing I’ve ever had before… very good with an immense amount of batter / breading!!! I will be returning!!!

Tina Reed Ramsey the owner is a very nasty person. In all my 44 years of living i’ve never met a business owner so unpleasant and hostile. I walked in and the first thing I inhaled was cigarettes, keep in mind I was inside the restaurant. I go outside and I noticed a woman is by the outside bar/seating area yelling at workers. I asked another customer if we should intervene they responded no this is her restaurant… very shocking! I also heard they have bugs after doing research when I left, wouldn’t recommend!! Owner needs taught how to run a business.

So, let me start by saying this. If you will not allow someone to bring a unopened energy drink into a establishment. Please keep the door holding the sign CLOSED so that you can read the sign. Upon sitting there with my family, I was met with a “you cant drink that in here”. Ok, while I understand that you desperately need to make money off of everyone. The excuse I was offered was they were afraid I would slip something into the drink then leave with it. So, we are worried that I’ll order a drink then spike mine then walk out with it? No one in my party ordered drinks (they had water). So that was a terrible excuse, if you see someone with a UNOPENED drink, maybe do not sell them alcohol? Maybe just tell them the truth that you desperately need every penny even though they aren’t eating with the party just sitting there keeping them company? Best idea yet, KEEP THE SIGN VISIBLE! I will never set foot in this establishment again simple as that.

The server was really good. She said it was her first day back after taking a year off. Unfortunately, the food was probably the worst I’ve ever had. I got a patty melt. It tasted like a frozen burger on soft white buttered bread. The cheese was barely melted. The green beans were ok and I ate those because I was hungry . I ate half the burger patty, but couldn’t eat more of it and definitely not the bread. It was really so so bad. Hopefully they’ll change this menu item. I should have asked for my meal to be comped, but didn’t ‍♀️

This place will have a five dollar cover charge for a band that’s in a room way in the back that you can’t see. There is no sign on the door saying there is a charge. But they ask for one as soon as you walk in. Charging $5 for entry to a place that has GUINNESS BEER POSTERS plastered all over the place but is HABITUALLY out of GUINNESS BEER is a hilarity that I cannot fathom. Shame on this bar and its poor ability to properly operate. Quit taxing people $5 to enter your BS establishment.
