Honestly i didn’t feel this service even earned a star.My meal wasnt even edible when i called to inform them my order was wrong. I was told i’d be given a 5 dollar discount next time. Ive never had a complaint at this location its always good. This time i am very dissappointed all they had to do was correct there wrong. They can keep their 5 dollar discount me and my people will not be returning. Bad attitudes all the way around.

We orders Gyros for lunch and when my co-worker returned to the office…… immediately was disappointed!!! Way overcooked & there was a odor. My coworker tried to get our money back. $20 and all they would offer is a $13 credit. Which is so absurd. Our lunch break was 10min from ending and our boss said no to going back and returning. I will never deal with this location again. Sad they don’t put customer service first.

What to say about this place. Ordering online is a gamble. Thought I was ordering from the Alvernon store but ordered from the Flowing Wells store. After getting that fiasco straightened out I order from Alvernon store. I called this time. Large thick crust 2 topping. Simple. 45 to 60 minutes later delivery guy shows up with the pizza not in a carrier. As soon as he hands it to me I can feel that it is cold. Not only that it’s thin crust. The manager proceeds to tell my wife that she doubts it’s cold. It’s Saturday night, 930pm and are told that Monday we would be taken care of. Really?? I’ll no longer get food from here again.

Ordered the meatball sub and calzone. I was not impressed with the meatball sub as it was just bread, some cheese and 3 meatballs. Nothing special. Calzone was ok a little under cooked on the dough inside. Outside had a nice crisp thought. Sauce was plan and standard nothing that I would want to make a trip back. If you need something fast and at a good price I would recommend this place.

This is what our pizza looked liked after being delivered. Tell me this pizza does not look like it fell out of this box! Carpet fibers on it. Doesn’t a manager review these posts and do damage control? I mean offer me something!!!!
The staff (not mentioning names) kinda apologized and instead of giving us a free pizza, they wanted the old one and they delivered another one with the same freaking driver. AWKWARD!!!! AND AGAIN Hardly any veggies.
It’s sooo sad to watch an icon to Flowing Wells end up shutting down ALL BECAUSE of lousy customer service. We are a small town with a big memory and I’ll NEVER go back. I’m a manager and I would do whatever it takes to make up for this. Especially to a frequent customer that hosts huge functions…NEVER to this one

Wow! This place has outstanding pizza. Ordered as a take-out, so I cant comment on anything beyond the food. Bartender seemed friendly enough. One of the better pizza I’ve had in a while. This was a pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, olives, pineapple and extra cheese.

When I was there. They have sign at the front asking the customers to wait to be seated yet the girl behind the counter didn’t even pay attention to us. I also saw a small child under one of the front tables. I don’t believe this is the right place for a child as this is a bar Not a restaurant.
Update. I gave them a second chance and after 25 minutes of waiting for my food I never receive it. The place seems very dirty and disorganize not a welcoming place. I will not be recommending this business and I will not be returning.

Last time I was there food is really amazing, about a year ago or so. I don’t get to this side of town very often. This time it was good, I got a lasagna and a slice of pizza. On the menu the lasagna said 7.99 but the computer run it up is 9.99. The bartender Elizabeth fixed it. It’s very smoky in there, like cigarette smokey, which is strange. That may have had something to do with the food not tasting as good as it did last time.
