Good food but, they need to invest on the place. Get better furniture and the pork gyoza was cool inside. The Ramen and sushi were good.

The food is OK-not bad, not great. The miso ramen broth is a little watery and salty at the same time (this ain’t the traditional long simmering bone broth based ramen soup) and the sliced pork (tonkatsu) was a bit tough. The lunch specials are a good price but the taste will make you wonder if it actually is. Tempura isnt the traditional Japanese batter, it’s got the premade thick layer you get from frozen pieces at the supermarket. Sushi rolls are as good as any other neighborhood sushi place. If you’re satisfied with general Asian food this is a decent spot to grab a casual meal, esp lunch. If you’re a discerning diner who can differentiate between real Japanese cuisine vs other styles, you’ll come away a little deflated. The service was great, servers were very nice. The music was really loud and started to grate on me after awhile as it repeated.

Ordered take out from here at the end of October ‘25 based on the 4.7 rating. Sushi and ramen unfortunately tasted awful. Could not finish our meals. Not sure how this place was/is rated so highly. Perhaps it was a fluke, but I recommend ordering small first. Wasted $100 on our first go. Never trusting Google ratings like that again.

Fantastic restaurant! Ramen & sushi are both awesome. Service is always above and beyond. Our family comes here on a regular basis and we always leave happy. Highly recommended!

The sushi rolls at this restaurant were incredibly fresh and delicious. The rice had a unique flavor unlike any other places I’ve been to, and I believe this is exactly how sushi rolls are supposed to taste.
I found that the ramen broth lacked a bit in flavor, but the meat was outstanding, and the egg was prepared perfectly.
Service was excellent and I loved the beautiful dishes.

I look forward to traveling to Boston because I know I will be able to dine at OCHI. Possibly the best sushi that I have had in the US. Very noticeably fresh, high quality fish, with a good range of menu items from Americanized rolls to very well prepared traditional dishes and an ambiance that is unbeatable. The chefs and waitresses are knowledgeable and can properly prepare items that are not on the menu making this a must visit spot and a hidden gem with the only thing that really beats it being the costal regions of mainland Japan. 100% recommend and I look forward to my next visit to MA.

Great food and super efficient service. Was not packed on a Saturday night so getting a table was fairly easy.

The food is amazing, and the sushi chef Alan always has a smile and lifts up your day. The service is amazing, we had two waiters taking care of us even when the place was full. Highly highly recommend to come here, it’s the best sushi ever.

The best restaurant in Dedham! Always spotless, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome every time. The poke bowl is absolutely out of this world. If you’re looking for great sushi and a cozy atmosphere, don’t look any further! ♥️

We had gyoza, edamame, beef asparagus negayaki for appetizers and the assorted maki plate.Very good. Nice place to talk and eat. Jazz playing in the background. Service was good too. Prices seemed reasonable.
