Free pie on Wednesdays. Overall pretty decent food and price. The sausage bites and the spicy cheese wedges were great. Everything else was pretty good. Ribs were tasty

It was fine…I like the place but everything seemed off. Not much attention at the table, trying to hurry us out with no one else there, chips and queso took too long, dark and dim, chicken Parm was just ok…things were fine but not a single thing was better than that.

I stopped here Monday and they had a cheeseburger and fries lunch special for $6. That cheeseburger was huge, it was two patties and two slices of cheese. I couldn’t finish it. That is probably the best burger deal in Eastgate! The service was great too, I was seated right away the waitress was there right away and the food came out really quick.

This is a nice family restaurant but I only had a few issues I ordered two meat and two sides for 24.99 I asked for my steak to be well done it was rare on the inside then took it back to cook longer …. But the ribs was the best thing the salad should have more options and more cheese but it was just okay not work the money we spent

Out doing some Christmas shopping with my Mom and Husband in Cincinnati. Mom got hungry and chose O’Charley’s. As usual, we enjoyed each other’s company. The salmon Caesar salad was delicious, hubby liked his pecan crusted chicken tenders, and mom said her steak was good. Merry Christmas everyone!

I was in town visiting family for the week. I love O’Charleys, and since there’s not one where I now live, that’s where we went. They were not very busy when our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 older children) arrived. They debated on where to seat us. Why, I’m not sure. For the most part, the service and food were ok. I had the Honey-drizzled southern fried chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus, that I ordered crispy. The chicken barely tasted of honey, the sweet potatoes were bland and the asparagus was crispy and crunchy, but more like I was eating tree limbs, as the ends were very wood-like. Did I complain??? No, because most of the time it does no good, not to mention that the few times our server checked on us, if we asked for anything, it seemed like it was a bother. None of us ate all of our food and had asked for boxes. We also ordered pie as it was free pie Wednesday. We all ordered the Ooey Gooey Caramel Pie that was brought out in carry-out boxes, despite the fact that we never asked for them to go. Upon opening the boxes, needles to say, there was some disappointment (pics provided). I can honestly say that, as much as I love O’Charleys, I may not be back on my next visit to town.

We didn’t love our food here. We had pasta and catfish dinners. Service was terrific. Very friendly and attentive.

Gone downhill. Eating at O’Charley’s with my family used to be a vivid.. positive childhood experience- it’s not the same. First off the air conditioning was broken. The rolls aren’t the same, they were stale and had no filling, they were like pockets of cardbord and not even served with real butter. Second, the loaded potato soup was the main reason I wanted to come here again and they’ve changed it! It had no flavor and tastes nothing like the original recipe. The chicken tenders were dry. Third, my broccolis tasted like fish. Fourth, my mother ordered the steak alfredo, and she said it tasted like absolutely nothing- “it had no flavor at all.” The bill for 3 people was $60. This dining experience was disappointing to say the least and I will never be returning.
