I got the Country Fried Steak, a baked potato and some green beans. It was amazing. The steak was nice and tender even for my bad teeth. And whatever they use to season the green beans and baked potato is incredible! I found the portion size to be just right.
The wait for the food seemed about right given how many people were in there – it was pretty crowded. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Sheila is a wonderful waitress and she handles everything very efficiently!

O’Charley’s in Harrison was SO good! This was the first time I had ever been to an O’Charley’s, and now I’m hooked! We went for dinner, and even though the parking lot was very full, there was no wait. I got a salad with their chicken on it, and it was amazing! The chicken was tender with a perfect crunch, the salad was very fresh, the vinegarette was the perfect sweetness, and it was an all-around amazing dish. I even ate the other half of it cold the next day, and it was still delicious! Their potato skins were also killer! They were baked perfectly, lots of toppings, and exactly how you want them every time. They also have free roles that are good. I absolutely recommend coming in if you’re nearby! I will drive 30 minutes just to come get it because it’s that good! ❤️ It also has a fun buzzing energy and a laid-back atmosphere. It was warm, welcoming, and exactly what I wanted for a night out.

First time. Prices were similar to restaurants today. The portions were small, noticeably small. Sides of cole slaw and macaroni and cheese were served in typical ramekins but were half or less full. I ordered meat loaf, cole slaw and sweet potato waffle fries. My wife had the macaroni as her side. The fries were fine, cole slaw slightly dry and not enough to even fill half the ramekin. The meatloaf was fine but it was a single “loaf” similar to the last piece in a full sized loaf. For the $14.69 i thought there would have been two. Meat loaf is not an expensive dish to make and cole slaw is a cheap dish to make too. Just filling the sides up would have done a lot to change the feel of the portions. Based on how busy they said they were earlier I honestly thought maybe they were conserving and skimped. Could have been someone’s off night, who knows. Not the best first time experience.

We placed an order online for curbside pickup. No one ever came to the vehicle, despite us following the instructions we were given. Waited 10 minutes past our pickup time before going inside. Then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes before the food actually was ready. Ridiculous. The restaurant was not busy inside either. No offer of compensation was given, no manager spoke to us or apologized for the massive wait. If there was going to be such a long wait, then fine, but don’t say the food will be ready and then have it take 40 extra minutes. Utterly ridiculous! I’m extremely displeased. The food was okay, nothing overly special. My husband was not impressed with his meal, I thought mine was okay, but not worth the price point whatsoever. If you get curbside here, expect to wait forever and have to go inside anyways.

Our waitress Sheila was a huge blessing to our night! We prayed that we would have a good night after a rough day and God put Sheila in our path! She could not have been more sweet and accommodating! Sheila and the staff treated us to an appetizer on them for our first time here! The management and staff were all attentive and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in! The environment was calming and a great end to our day! We pray that Sheila and the staff of the Harrison Ohio O Charlie’s has a very blessed Christmas!

Used to eat here often but after yesterday it’ll take alot for me to return. My daughter ordered a burger and it was wrong… they did make her a fresh correct burger, but by the time we got it everyone was finished eating and she was over it. We asked for to go boxes but the waitress must have grabbed several plates with food without asking while we were talking and boxing up food. Then we got home (30 minute drive) and realized we weren’t given back our credit card! We paid with a gift card and credit card and in the chaos of boxing up and the food being taken away we totally missed the credit card not being returned.

Rachel was a great server. Only real complaint is the Sweet tea wasn’t that sweet. She said it was super duper sweet but it wasn’t really. I’ve had it where it made my teeth tingle from sweetness.

I would not recommend eating here! Our service was terrible. The place was not busy at all yet we had to see tables that weren’t getting bussed and waitresses siting around and talking instead of working. Took forever to get our food and then had my son’s G.F. burger messed up and had to wait forever to get a new one. At other restaurants the manger walks out the gluten free orders and makes sure everything is right. Then it took forever to get our check because she said she was going to have our check fixed. I was thinking ok good she is going to take something off for our trouble, nope she never did. Do better O’Charleys. We will never eat there again!!

Had dinner around 5:30 and didn’t have to wait long. We ordered the Top Shelf Combo Appetizer to start off. Than we ordered Country Style Chicken Tenders that were smothered in a brown mushroom, onion gravy and The Louisiana Sirloin that was topped with a Cajun style butter! Each dish came with two sides of your choice. Pleased with the food and service. The steak was perfect!! One of the best steaks I’ve had in awhile.

The honey drizzled breaded chicken tastes great! They cooked the broccoli perfect and the mashed sweet potato was yummy too. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait to be seated. We would go back next time we are in the area.
