I’m very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. I only spent $11 and some odd cents, but they charged my card $27.48 three times without my knowledge or permission. This unauthorized tapping of my card information is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of stress. I expect better security and accountability from a major brand like McDonald’s. Please investigate this issue and take immediate action to prevent it from happening to others. Hope this helps!!

Shopped late at night for a simple order. One hot n spicy with extra mayo and a McDouble with only mayo ketchup and cheese. Had to go to the window twice for them to get it right. Not sure if they listening to the orders or just don’t care. This place always give me issues.

I live here in Hammond and every time I have come here they have messed my order up. How in 15 years you forget to add a sauce and a whole burger it’s ridiculous u order a two cheese burger meal u get one and nuggets with no sauce like u asked for doesn’t matter if you order in the app, drive thru or inside it’s the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to my whole life. It’s hard to be that consistently bad.

Service was great. We asked for the #2 with orange juice and just a chicken sandwich with an apple juice. But the rep saved us money by giving us the bundle deal without having to ask us. That’s someone who knows her job well. I used to work in fast food and that’s how I was trained. Everyone should love saving money.

I recently stopped by the McDonald’s on SW Railroad Avenue in Hammond, and overall, I had a very solid experience. It’s a convenient location, right off the main road, with easy access and plenty of parking—even during busy times. The restaurant was clean inside and out, which is always appreciated when you’re grabbing a quick bite.
The staff were friendly and worked efficiently to get orders out quickly. I placed a mobile order through the app and opted for curbside pickup. Within just a few minutes, an employee brought out my order with a smile and confirmed everything before handing it over. Everything was accurate, fresh, and warm—my fries were crisp, my burger was hot, and the drink was properly filled and sealed.
Inside, the dining area was well-maintained, and the restrooms were cleaner than I expected for a fast-food spot. I saw several employees wiping down tables and checking on customers, which made the place feel well-managed.
My only minor complaint is that the drive-thru line can get a bit long at peak hours, but the staff seems to handle the rush fairly well.
Overall, this McDonald’s delivers exactly what you expect—and maybe a little better than most. I’d definitely return

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! MAJOR FOOD SAFETY ISSUE!!!!!!!!! Hair in the food and Kiara did not want to help. she hung up on me when I told her there was an issue with my food. She wanted me to come back all the way from Ponchatoula to Hammond at 12 AM I told her I can’t come tonight because it is literally midnight can I come in tomorrow and have this issue fixed I have the receipt she said no and hung up on my face. She said keep the hair overnight and bring it back in the morning I told her so you want me to hold on to a random persons piece of hair over night? She said yes. Any other professional manager would have told the customer to throw it away and just bring the receipt in. But I guess she wanted me to bring in the hair so she can eat it herself. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! KIARA SAYS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE SHE WILL FIX IT BUT SHE IS A LIAR!!!!!!! THIS IS A VERY BAD MCDONALDS.
