Ordered a family meal and picked up. The famous rolls were not edible! I went in the restaurant a few weeks ago and same thing. No excuse to serve such awful rolls. I’d be embarrassed to serve these. It’s very disappointing to crave something and not be able to even eat them. The sides were not enough for 6 people. The sweet potatoes were dry and overcooked. No excuse seeing as they open at 11 and we picked it up at 11:40 plus $77! W

Best place to go for a great dinner, excellent service and atmosphere that you can actually hear your companions while speaking. No one shouting Attention every 15 minutes. Sit at the bar and Red will treat you right!

We have been visiting this O’Charley’s since they have opened. The atmosphere is always decent enough. The food is always okay. My particular issue with the food is more of an issue with the business and not with the people preparing it. For example, the garlic steak Alfredo doesn’t mention that it has peppercorn seasoning on it. So my daughter had to try to pick off most of it so it wouldn’t be as “spicy.” There always seems to be surprises with the food like this.
Last night’s visit was overall good. It was Valentine’s Day evening. Our waitress was slightly forgetful but was sweet and polite and pleasant.
The rolls were very flat last night, not sure what the issue was there. They tasted okay but we’re slightly hard and not as fluffy as they normally taste.
Overall, we will be back because we buy the $50 after card at Sam’s club for $39.98 so it makes it more affordable as a family to eat out.
(My spinach covered salmon was delicious and worth every penny also!!!, My teen enjoyed her Garlic Steak Alfredo -minus the spicy factor that wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Also the steak portion in the pasta was rather small for the $18.99 price. My other two smaller children got an adult steak meal and corn dog meal to share and they enjoyed them, I actually tried one of the corn dogs and a bite of their mac and chsse left over and it was very good! I do wish they had a kid’s meal steak (tip/bite) option )

Well we went to o Charlie’s in Morristown. Food was great, I thought the service was great until we paid our bill. Check was 57.11 and I gave the waitress a 100 dollar bill. She rounded up and brought me back 42 dollars. This is a huge pet peeve of mine for them to just take any of my change. Why was it not rounded down 11 cents. I expressed my feelings to the manager and he gave it back but why is it ok to steal from the customer. I will not go back there because of this. Stealing is stealing.

The food was quite good, the prices were moderately fair, and the service was decent. Overall the wait time here is what makes it worth it. When there’s a 20-30 minute wait everywhere else there is rarely ever one here and the food is just as good. Appetizer bread is not very good and the fries are very salty but everything else is hard to complain on.

Food was actually very delicious. Had the bourbon glaze salmon. Salad was nice and fresh. But what the heck is going on at this place service wise??? There was legit me and 2 other people here on a Sat night at 8pm. And the bartender was absent for like 90% of my stay. People coming in asking if anyone is working then left. DoorDash driver showed up goes are they open I have an order. I was like yeah good luck. Some waitress who had no tables at all came out at some point then left to the back again. Beyond wild. The manager should be fired immediately.
