We had a to go order. My husband wanted cat fish. When we got home he opened his box and asked how much did we pay for this? I told him. He replied we will never eat there again. Here is his cat fish dinner. Don’t waste your time eating there. It has went downhill. O Charley’s is the latest version of Shoney’s. At least Shoney’s has a breakfast bar.

We ordered pita and spinach dip. The dip was questionable, it really did not taste very good. The Cesar salad wasn’t quite dressed as a normal Cesar. It didn’t come with bacon and croutons. It was just lettuce , cheese and dressing on the side.
The waitress was quite helpful, brought us to-go drinks when we were leaving. We were there Friday July 11th around 2pm

In our town, we no longer have an O’Charley’s so were anxious to taste the yummy food we ordered in the past. Just two of us, we didn’t think it would be difficult to get into O’Charley’s as the parking lot had many spots available. As we entered, the lobby was full so we should have followed our first instinct and left. Instead, a gentleman said there were two large groups; and we should get in very quickly. Fifteen minutes later, we got a table. The two OLDer ladies handling the seating were either new to this task or clueless. A younger waitress had to greet customers as they were leaving as the two OLDer ladies were too busy chatting. In the section we were seated, there were at least 9 tables open and at least three waitresses/waiters serving this area. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected for the food, and the food was just okay–nothing special. Our waiter was very efficient and anticipated our needs before being asked. He was great!! As we left the same OLDer ladies, kept talking and didn’t bother to say “thanks for dining with us”. Next time, we will enjoy dinner at Logans.

I have been coming here to the Dickson location weekly for about two months. And I want you to know it’s the best service I have ever received. Courtney knows what I want to drink I don’t even have to tell her. She is amazing. I usually get the same food every food. And Will the manager knows me by name. And that is amazing service. He always comes out and asked me about my meal and if it was prepared right. Aspen is usually there too. He is a very polite guy that never lets my drink go dry. I just wanted to shout out these three individuals. if the rest of your staff is like this then you have an amazing crew. So again thank you Courtney, Will, and Aspen for the amazing service y’all show me every week keep up the great job guys.

My server Hallie was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. She is an expert on the menu, suggested with such an elaborate description I ordered things I would not have even normally ever considered. Hanson the manager came by and made sure everything was great! All around fast, friendly, knowledgeable, service!

This is an average of many different visits. It used to a great 5-star restaurant. I was dining with someone once and she mentioned to me that we might be late for a meeting we were planning to head to after because it was taking a little longer than expected for the food to come out. She wasn’t saying it to complain to any of the employees, but one overheard and the manager himself came to our table and heavily discounted the bill. That was incredibly nice and unexpected, but from 10+ years ago. Around 5+ years ago, it was very obvious that the waitress was sniffly/sick (sick employees should not be at work, especially not in food places), so I left without getting a meal. Over the years, the loaded potato soup has varied a lot between mild and hints of spicy, but always tasted good. The past few years, the food has been good, but it seems like it’s not always consistent and they seem to be stingy on giving rolls/sauces/things for pick-up orders during more recent times.

Visited this Dickson location tonight. Super busy, as expected on a Saturday. Food was great, as usual. Service was the best I think I have experienced here. The manager, I believe his name was William, was out in the dining room, making rounds. He stopped by our table (and the others) just to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with everything. Anyway, great place to eat, will definitely make it my go-to.

My boyfriend and I regularly go to this restaurant for our date nights when we are in the area. I have to say not only do we go for the delicious food, which is always hot and fresh. We go for the exceptional service we always receive. I have to say that the manager that has been there, which I believe is William, is always friendly and can be seen walking around checking on the guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. I will continually recommend this specific location to everyone I know looking for a go-to date spot.

This place is amazing, full packed of customers that come and go. Foods were delicious and my salmon was well cooked,not stinky.
I don’t love eating broccoli as much as I had this time, but it taste really good leaving my plate empty.
Staff are very friendly, the Service were excellent making us feel great while digging . They also have bars if you want to hangout with friends. And our time waiting is worth and we’re surely coming back here. It’s highly recommended.
