My wife and I came for our first experience here at Chili’s in Panama City and let me just tell you it’s next to none the best experience I’ve had at any Chilis in the southeast part of America ! John the manager is a very personable manager who introduced himself while making sure we both were happy! Abigail the waitress she was on point. Everything was perfect, and the cooks, wow !!! the food was amazingly delicious !!! Stop by here. Get the “3 for me” You gotta try the Old Timer!! . I had bacon added to my order though lol we’ll see y’all again. Thanks, John.

Great steak and ribs combo. $27 for that and two sides. Sounds pricey but it really isn’t. The steak is very tender (props to the cook) and the ribs were dang good. Fried okra wasn’t bad either! The rolls we got two baskets because O’Charley’s ;).
Go visit ‘em! Beer selection is good. They have seasonal Sam Adams. I would recommend getting a can or bottle of beer instead of draft.
Waitress was super nice and was personable, human and is deserving of all five stars.

We had the BEST experience at O’Charley’s in Panama City thanks to Olivia! She was absolutely amazing — so friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without us ever having to ask. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.
And let me just say… the potato skins were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy, loaded, and delicious. Between the great food and Olivia’s outstanding service, this visit was a 10/10.
If you’re in Panama City, ask for Olivia — she’ll make your whole night better!

Very laid back restaurant. Service was amazing. Nancy came by to talk to us. Hardworking lady, indeed. I enjoyed her conversation the most. Our meals were okay. Everything was fresh, I might have just been tired. Overall this a nice ran restaurant.

Food was horrible. Soup was thin, back in the day, soup was thick. Not runny. Salad was the white part of the lettuce only, tomatoes wilted. No green leaves no where in the salad. Never again!

All the O’Charley’s in my area closed, so I was extremely pleased to see this location in Panama City while working. Very pleasurable experience here. I was alone, so I sat at the bar to eat and had the best service from Dezarea! Great attitude, personality, and attentiveness . She made sure I had everything I needed and checked on me consistently despite the constant crowd coming in. No complaints here at all. The food was fantastic too, just like I remembered. We patronized the locations at home quite often, and this one was actually better than the ones we had. This will be my new go-to spot when in Panama City, for sure. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor, and you’ll be very happy you went. Very cold beer on tap, too, which is always a winner!

I like this place, but it’s gonna lose a star because of inconsistency. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it’s not. Sometimes the food is hot and sometimes it’s not Sometimes the service is great and sometimes it’s not But I like the atmosphere, and I like the varied menu, and the servers are always very sweet, even though the service is inconsistent. One of the reasons that keeps us coming back is because they always have prime rib all the weekends. And my husband absolutely loves prime rib. And their prime rib has always been very good. Yes, I would recommend it to friends and family, as a matter of fact, I recommended it to a friend just a few days ago. Oh, and it’s also pretty pricey. Our bill for two people was over $100 and we only had one alcoholic drink. Whew.

My family and I have been loyal to O’Charley’s customers for years—at least once a month without fail. It’s always been our go-to spot… until today.
This visit was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience we’ve ever had here.
Appetizers: Arrived cold. Sent back. Returned overcooked.
Manager interaction: When our server informed the manager, he came over, rolled his eyes, and gave us the kind of look that says, “Why are you even complaining?” Absolutely unacceptable for someone in a leadership role.
Soup: My daughter and I ordered “potato soup,” but what arrived looked exactly like nacho cheese from a county fair (see attached photo).
Steaks: We both ordered Top Sirloin. The first attempt was so undercooked it was practically still alive. Sent it back—only to have it returned so overcooked we joked we were eating shoe leather.
The only thing that was correct during the entire meal? The drinks. That’s it.
We’ve been dining at O’Charley’s long enough to know this isn’t the standard—but the way this visit was handled, from the kitchen to the manager’s attitude, was completely unacceptable. If this is the level of quality and service being allowed, I can promise this loyal family will reconsider where we spend our money.
O’Charley’s corporate needs to address this location immediately before more loyal customers walk out for good.

Waitress was awesome, but the Famous tenders were horrendous! Cold chewy tiny, I hadn’t been in years bc lets face it they went down hill, like everything else. But kids wanted go so we went, big mistake.. could not believe I got cold tenders and warm ff. Although some weren’t so I know they’re coming food ahead and letting it sit there. Definitely won’t be going back, my stomach is a wreck this morning

We really enjoy the new menu here. We entered around 7:50 the crowd was thin and service was fast. I got the crab cakes with the cabbage, so good. I didn’t expect it. I really enjoyed it. The broccoli was seasoned well. My son got the chicken parm. The serving amount was a really good portion. The waitress was nice she checked on us and made sure we had plenty. We will definitely be returning.
