We came in to eat at 4:30pm, the host sat us on the side near the bar which was fine. Upon sitting I noticed the waiter was also the bartender as well. He was waiting on 5 tables on the side, the bar, and our table on the left. My question is why the bartender had to wait all those tables plus the bar with no help?! Granted he was performing the best he could with no other assistance. Our food order was placed about 4:40pm, the food finally arrived at 5:33pm. Everything on our plates were cold and looked as if I was old and been sitting out awhile. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant, especially if you are starving and haven’t eaten.

I placed a to go order for the steak and chicken tender meal- I asked my steak to be cooked Medium Rare and it was Well done. fries were under cooked
I tried to complete my order online several times but when I tried to add the Full baby back rib meal it kept asking me to select full or half. Well there was no option for that and so I finally called and they informed me they were out of Ribs which is why it wouldn’t let me add it. Why in the heck would you not have that listed posted something on your webpage for people to know

The Service stopped once the hostess seated me. She first seated me in the bar area were I watch a waitress talk to the bartender for 7 minutes and neither of them greeted me. So I got up and asked the hostess to be seated somewhere else. Guess who the waitress was for that area. She didn’t have a name tag so guess I will ask her name. It’s Nadia. A joke. She came over and said it was her area but she wasn’t busy so she was at bar talking. Mind you two tables had people. First words out her mouth was “Are you ready to order”. Hello would have been nice. She rushed my order and went back to chat at bar.
Glad she found time to stop back by after I received my appetizer because I was thirsty. Not sure how you can mess up queso but it wasn’t good. I ordered Cajun pasta and the chicken was over cooked and dry. The girl that dropped it off was very nice. The twos are for her and the hostess. Tried my best to eat the pasta but just couldn’t. Oh she finally left bar again to stop by.
Now I’ve been sitting here typing my review wondering when she will drop by again. That only took 11 minutes. I have the check. Let’s see how long before she comes back. She went straight back to bar.

I hate to even type this review because this place was my FAVORITE. It’s a shame to see the prices go up and quality go down. The chicken tenders are pretty much nuggets. The lettuce for the house salads are old, don’t even try biting a crouton, you may break a tooth! The potato soup is the saddest. I guess they’ve changed it but it’s just thick cheese that hardens when it slightly cools. The country steak isn’t steak at all. It is the twin of a Banquet Meal Salisbury steak. They are IDENTICAL. Which would be fine if it was a $5 meal and not a $17 meal. We felt rushed by the waitress which was strange considering there were 3 tables and each of the waitresses had 1. The picture of the food you see was taken when I left, the only thing I actually ate were the rolls. Just a waste of money.

Food was great! My sirloin steak was seasoned well, and cooked medium rare to perfection! The service was great as well! The loaded baked potato soup is always good. My kid had the bacon cheeseburger and ate it all, so I guess it was good.

The worst experience in my live with O’Charley’s at Hiram. The food was old and cold. The steak looked like it was boiled, the broccoli had mold. My son’s cheese burger patty was the size of a quarter . I told the manager that our food wasn’t fresh and it was cold and her answer was; everything is fresh the ribs were cooked yesterday to be served by today. TO ME THIS WAS NOT FRESH!!! They did discounted 2 plates because we didn’t eat the food. But we are definitely not returning to this place.

We were seated quickly and the server was super sweet. Even with a large party not too far off, the space was comfortable and not too loud.
Appetizers were good (though the options were not plentiful for someone who is Gluten Free or low FODMAP) and my omelet was decent.
My parents consider this one of their favorite places to eat and come here weekly. Being new to the area, I look forward to trying some other dishes as time goes by.

Very generous portions, and hot.
