We came here to pickup a couple curbside orders. When we arrived, one was brought out and the other one didn’t come. We called and they brought that one out after 10 minutes (food in hand before that order began to get cold). However, when we got home, the food was all very good! The order that was cold we reheated in an air fryer. The only thing that was bad was one order of fries was over cooked. I recommend coming during lunch to avoid this kind of potential issue.

The Service stopped once the hostess seated me. She first seated me in the bar area were I watch a waitress talk to the bartender for 7 minutes and neither of them greeted me. So I got up and asked the hostess to be seated somewhere else. Guess who the waitress was for that area. She didn’t have a name tag so guess I will ask her name. It’s Nadia. A joke. She came over and said it was her area but she wasn’t busy so she was at bar talking. Mind you two tables had people. First words out her mouth was “Are you ready to order”. Hello would have been nice. She rushed my order and went back to chat at bar.

The ribs were absolutely amazing the were so tender and hot, they are much better than some other places. The only problem I have is they shouldn’t put the coleslaw In the tray with the food for delivery because it gets warm by the time I get it. Otherwise this is my place for ribs.

It’s so hard to find fast AND friendly service. Here at ocharleys we found both. Our server Ashton kept our glasses full and made sure we were taken care of, despite the business of the restaurant. We love it here…. And thanks Ashton.

Great service from our waiter Xavier. The new Bahama Mama cocktail was one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered the appetizer combo and I had the chicken sandwich with a side of Nashville hot sauce. Was sad to hear they were discontinuing their original Nashville chicken sandwich.
