This was my first time eating here. The restaurant looks a bit dated on the inside and out. I’ve never been a fan of carpet in a restaurant. The time was between 5-6pm when I went.
We were greeted and seated immediately, our server was nice, checked on us regularly and keep our cups filled.
I got a blooming onion, which was very good and hot. The food I ordered was hot but my flounder could have been seasoned more, but it was still good. I also ordered 12 Teriyaki wings to go for a family member, I was told they were crispy and good but we received 11 wings instead of 12.
Over all I would probably go back if offered.

The food was really good. I do have to say that the hush puppies for a little bit weird. They were shaped like an onion ring and had too much cornmeal for my taste. The service was mediocre. Our waiter was friendly enough but when we asked for ketchup, he bought a massive and full of ketchup packets. I’m not sure what was going on, whether they ran out of ketchup for the bottles or what, I just found it a little bit odd that customers were expected to open packet after packet. I can’t really say anything bad about the server, but he didn’t do anything to stand out either. The restaurant was almost empty so I can’t really comment on the atmosphere. But overall this is a pretty good place to eat.

The atmosphere was great with all the boat decorations as well as Christmas. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the baby shrimp and fried flounder. The restaurant and restroom was very clean. The prices very reasonable.

Got there early on a Friday , 4 pm , excellent service, had not eaten there in 2 years. Food was very well prepared. All the seafood we had we very tatsy , Shrimp, Flounder, Perch , and Oysters . The baked sweet potatoes are delicious and the coleslaw is better than most in the area . Price is what you would expect and they give you more than you can eat .

We had Clayton as our waiter. Service was fast and friendly. The food was good. Be mindful that the seasoning style is meant to appease the masses. We had fried flounder, whiting, and baby shrimp. We requested it fried hard. Everything was fried perfectly. The hush puppies were delicious. They have a slightly sweet taste, which I love. The place is pretty big. Seemed to cater toward an older/elderly crowd, but it also could have been the time of day. The nautical and ship/ocean decor was nice. Kids would probably love this spot.

The restaurant was very spacious with lots of tables and chairs for large parties. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was friendly. I ordered the grilled flounder meal and the fried catfish meal. The food was better than expected and taste amazing. I will be going back the next time I’m in town.

My family and I really enjoyed our dinner. The portions were quite plentiful. 99% of the food was delicious (didn’t care for the boiled shrimp). The staff was very friendly and attentive. Only negatives were the boiled shrimp and the ladies restroom needed a little attention.

I’m visiting Columbia and passed this restaurant while driving. I wanted to stop by but the day got away from me and I didn’t have time. I decided to take the chance on having seafood delivered and I was very surprised by what we recieved.
I ordered 2 seafood platters with 3 seafood choices, a blooming onion, hush puppies and deep fried mushrooms. The seafood choices we picked were catfish, fried shrimp and crab cakes.
The food was not only hot and fresh but our portions were huge! We definitely ate too much. I will be eating here again and highly recommend!

The tilapia was awesome with good flavor and prepared nicely !! The Lobster was Atrocious it was not boiled but Broiled and Very dry and Rubbery !!!!! The vegetables were supposed to be steamed but the carrots and Broccoli came out hard and cold !!!! I Will Not be Going Back Here Ever Again !!!!!!

We were invited to dinner with my Mom and Friend. My husband and I did not set our expectations high because this place had been in and out of business quite a bit. We were very pleased. Our server Tiffany was awesome. The nautical/seafood themed atmosphere with fish tanks was a nice touch. Food was amazingly good. Seasoned well, fresh, and hot. I ordered from the select 2 Combo Jumbo Shrimp(6) and Flounder(1) with Fried Orka for $13.99. I asked for fried instead of broil and it wasn’t greasy at all. My husband ordered the Captain’s Platter for $21.99 that included Fried Oysters, Fries, Baby Shrimp, Clam Strips, Flounder, and a Devil Crab. The onion ring shaped Hushpuppies are so delish. My mom was full on them alone. You should give them a try. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will go back.
